I mean it’s a relatively easier car to work with than most. Each panel on the Genesis doesn’t have many contours and like no real hard edges. This is probably one of this guys favorite cars to work on.
Started following recently whilst in covid lockdown here in UK I decided I'd give it a go on my motorcycle. Couldn't of done it without people like yourself giving excellent pointers and sharing of knowledge

Olive only seen this on one car and dude it looks even better in person. It's rarely for something to turn my head multiple times and yet this one did for me
At the end you should always showed the final results with the car outside under a bright sunlight ! nothing can compared to the bright natural lights sunshine when having a new bright flashy colour ! 👍👍

haha okay so im obsessed with your vids and work. Sorry for like 4 posts across different videos. But!!! This might have summed up all my questions. What you did on the hood is what im going to have to do on mine though one color but three pieces due to size limitations of the material and an oversized hood.
I was not aware knifeless tape had more than one wire in it to create a seam. Convenient. I usually see people run a separate tape next to the first. Seems to me you did not in this vid. Just pulled the next line over on the tape to cut the orange. Nice if so.
So I think im actually going to go with the orange even though maybe a bit extreme for my Z3... unsure for sure. But now I know the technique so thanks again. I also thought id have to do left and right sides of hood first making it harder to line up the carbon fiber patterns. Glad to see I was wrong.

I could never get my car wrapped in like a perfectionist and if my door jams and underside of the hood were a different color it would drive me crazy😂
You can always wrap it all the way in. I did my car that way - I never like to leave it at just the surface - even on printed vinyl wraps. Most shops don't do it that way, but it's one way I'm different than other shops

I'm in the process of wrapping part of my airplane after I painted it. I watched a couple of RUclips video's on how to do it and thought "Well shit, anybody can do that". I'm about 1/3rd done and it's a lot harder than I thought it would be. I haven't screwed up yet only by the narrowest of margins and the greatest of luck. Also, it's taking about 4 times longer than I thought it would. I think the only way to get fairly competent at it would be to take a class .
