I first started wrapping my car in January of this year. I don't have a garage so I wrap outside. Out of everyone on youtube, your videos have been the most helpful. I am now on my 3rd car and finally got the momentum when it comes to wrapping I am now working on perfecting it. Thanks man!
@@GlobalDesignHD if I were you I would start in the summer/spring time wrap tears extremely easy in the cold and doesn’t stretch good unless warm Id wait till a sunny day and at least 60°+ (15° C+) if you wrapping outside. Also doesn’t stick as good in the cold.
@@GlobalDesignHD i have never used 3M tbh, I’ve used vvivid for all the cars Ive done and its held up extremely well I live in Okinawa japan constant sun ☀️. And it hasn’t faded and its been on for months now. VVIVID is about 300-400 for a 50ft roll when I was buying. I even wrapped my computer once I got comfortable with how the stuff works ordered some cheap Chinese no brand wrap and it worked the same just didn’t have the stretch like the vvivid. Hope this help.

It's amazing how easy a professional makes it look then to see how difficult it can be by watching an amateur try it. You got the skill and great teaching skills.
Matt, you definitely are on the right track, couple things to remember, the nozzle of that heat gun is scorching hot, don't throw the heat gun on the seat after you've used it, you can easily damage the fabric, also, professionals have a lot of respect for the tools they use, do not throw your heat gun on the floor. There's another heads up about heat guns and rags , I almost burned my garage down once, when I put the heat gun close to a rag that had some thinner on it.
Thank you so much for having a beginner go through the paces. It shows us beginner wrappers real time wrapping and how it actually really is for a beginner and the struggles.. 5 star

Great vid for first time wrappers. I’m doing my first wrap and making the mistake Matt was making by using the squeegee to get out wrinkles and working small areas. Can’t wait to get back at it using the technique I saw here. Liked and subscribed!
Great video Paradox. Super inspiring. Every video of yours I watch, I want to wrap a car more. So for I’ve done tail lights and interior pieces. Doing some PPF this weekend.
