- This is a perfect Round of the last Course of Mario Golf 64 :)
(only Eagle/Albatross)
It was done in one run and by myself, but obviously reloaded over and over again. Otherwise this run would not have been possible ;)
Jim Furyk scored a 58 12 under par on the PGA Tour once. Only finished 29 strokes behind Metal Mario.
This is legit how the computers played and Nintendo asked you to beat them

@@NessKwik0 Fr, lmao, and Wario is kinda hard the first time but yea- when/if I unlock Mario, I might just say “screw it” and use the cheat code (unless I unlock DK or something) so I don’t have to suffer through Bowser lmao

my brothers never understood why I loved this game so much growing up, there's nothing so satisfying as landing your first albatross or eagle, I wish I could play with other people who liked Mario gulf as much as I did
Fortunately my 2 brothers liked the game when I was a child, now I struggle to find people who enjoy games like this because it makes them "think". (They won't even play chess with me, it gives them headaches haha)

@@Artisticfeets unless they find a way to adjust the game's weather patterns to a set pattern and then code the TASbot accordingly (needing to display full disclosure here, of course)

As someone who struggled for the better part of my senior year of college to get -18 on this course without saves, i can say that this is not a perfect round. It's possible to hole-in-one the second hole, if the wind is in your favor
hole 10 must be possible too, although I never got it

How is this possible to play like this ? I try the hole 3 and is one of the most difficult stages I have play I can't play it well. The score is +2 means very bad.

In Mario Golf using TAS it wouldn't take much skill, miss a shot then adjust ur shot till it's a hole in one, kinda like goin into practice mode for hole in ones

A TAS is supposed to display perfect execution of a game for entertainment and educational purposes. No one is cheating if no one claims to have played this legitimately.
The remake of it in Mario Golf: World Tour is better. It’s one of the DLC courses from the Star Pack and it has a Super Mario Galaxy theme because Rosalina comes with the Star Pack

Yagavitch there was one on Game boy color as well, it connected to the n64 and brought 4 special characters from GBC to N64 which was Kool, it's the same way in Mario tennis GBC N64 as well, 4 extra characters

This is due to the fact that Rain and Wind cannot be manipulated in any way; Hence why a full TAS of Mario Golf is impossible.
the original comment I replied this to was deleted, and it went something along the lines of how TAS means cheating and therefore impossible. it isn't since while this is theoretically humanly possible, the T in TAS indicates the use of said tricks. even if you had perfect execution of each hole, the wind and rain are not manipulable since that's determined the frame you press A to start the tournament.

the real game is actually pretty realistic, cartoonish yes, but realistic golf-wise. this is a emulator so it's def more bling bling than the actual game play.
