    Whenever my family and I visit Leicester; Tiranga Restaurant & Bar is genuinely one of our favourite restaurants because the food never fails to deliver on the taste factor and the portion size of the food served up is extraordinarily very generous.

    This restaurant gets very busy at the weekends, but this video was recorded on a quieter Monday night.
    Indo-Chinese Making Master Chef Krishna learnt to cook, starting in Mumbai near Juhu Beach, living there for 5 years, Chef Krishna is so expert at his cooking because he has also worked in various restaurants such as:
    * Bhavna Vegetarian Restaurant in Meena Bazaar, Dubai for 3 years.
    * Chef Krishna also worked at Rangoli restaurant in Dubai.
    * China Garden Chinese Restaurant in Dubai for 9 years.
    * Abu Dhabi Chinese Restaurant in China town for 6 years.
    * Also in Egypt Cairo they opened a branch & Krishna worked there for 3 months.
    He worked for 4 years in a Pure Vegetarian Gujarati Restaurant so he can speak fluent Gujarati and can cook in Gujarati Style such as: Dhokla, Khamani, Daal Bhaat, Gujarati Thali style Dahi Kadhi, Shaak, Undhiyu Sabji (Mixed Vegetable Curry), Bateta Ringan (Potato Aubergine Curry)...
    It's a pleasant coincidence that this restaurant shares the same name as the 1993 movie film Tirangaa.

    That looks amazing.. Manchurian is one of those dishes which is very hard to replicate at home because of the heat and the woks required

    My Compliments to Chef Krishna, Bhavna Restaurant Meena Bazaar Dubai is just behind my building in Dubai where I live, also Rangoli Veg Restaurant is below my house also in Meena Bazaar Dubai.       Too true, we've always had a good experience along this stretch of road,
      (if we happen to be traveling north (like Bradford), instead of stopping at a motorway service station, we always have our lunch break on Melton road or Belgrave road).

    The last leg of our last family trip to India was to Tirumala near Tirupati. Visited the old temple and whatnot. This is where I discovered Gobi Manchurian and was instantly hooked on it. Not just the flavour & texture but I think the Indian cauliflower is different from other cauliflowers.
    Even as we travelled to Chennai to catch a flight to Singapore, I kept on ordering Gobi Manchurian in the restaurants, which was served sizzling on a hot plate. A bit of drama and theatre you see. Everyone wondered what I had ordered and asked the waiters. Unintentional attention seeker I was.

    I've watched this chef in your earlier video. He is a beast in the kitchen. The way he smashes the orders outta park in a busy kitchen.
