Paneer Shaslik Tikka Masala, Kadai Paneer (Special Request) + Garlic Butter Naan at Sevaa Restaurant

- ✓ It's about time that we visited another of our favourite Indian restaurant's which is located in Harrow, it's owned by a Gujarati family who once had a restaurant in Bilimora (in Navsari district, Gujarat, India) which is perhaps why every time that we've eaten anything from here; they have (without fail) served up authentic tasting Desi food.
PANEER KADAI CURRY RECIPE INGREDIENTS USED:
* Fried Paneer Cubes
* Red Onion
* Green Capsicum
* White Cabbage
* Pre-boiled mix Vegetables (Carrots, Sweetcorn, Red Capsicum and Garden Peas)
* Vegetable Oil
* Garlic finely chopped
* Makhni Sauce
* Tomato and Onion Gravy
* White Sauce (secret sauce but we're guessing it's made with Cashew Nuts, Hulled Melon Seeds, Khus Khus...)
* Coriander and Mint Sauce
* Salt (Namak)
* Chilli Powder (Lal Mirchi)
* Garam Masala
* Coriander Powder
* Kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
* Single Cream (Makhan).
* Garnished with Coriander and Spring Onion.
PANEER SHASHLIC TIKKA MASALA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
* Paneer, Capsicum, Red Onion (Marinated in a "Secret" Yoghurt & Paneer Tikka Spices Marinade); then "Shashlik" cooked in the Tandoor Clay Oven)
The above Shashlik is then cooked on a high heat in a frying pan with the following ingredients:
* Oil
* Ginger & Garlic Paste
* Tomato and Onion Gravy
* Makhni Sauce
* Salt (Namak)
* Chilli Powder (Lal Mirchi)
* Garam Masala
* Coriander & Cumin Powder
* Kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
* Garnished with Grated Paneer, Chopped Coriander Leaves and fresh Dairy Cream (Makhan)
Please note that the above 2 dishes seen cooked were a special request order and this place may not be able to always make it if they are very busy.
Note that; in Indian restaurants dishes are cooked on a very high heat which delivers a delicious smokiness to the cooked food and gives that distinctive restaurant flavour and character to a dish which can be difficult to recreate in home kitchens.
