Everything looked so delicious! Was wondering why do they put red food coloring in some dishes? Great job filming and editing! God bless you and your family 🙏
Indian restaurants mostly use colouring to get that red coloured takeaway look. However, traditionally the color is due to 'Kashmiri Red Chilli powder' which gives that reddish hue. No one uses color at home. Also this is a mostly takeaway gimmic. Authentic Indian restaurants would not be using food color. It's a personal choice, I would always refrain.
I don't know if enny of you folks hav studid how to do this the way it done properly like these fantastic chef's do it I hav and its amazing journey the key to all currys is something thay call base gravy utube has some grate videos how it's done exactly the same way in an idian takeaway
Hello Jay Shree krishna, Can you give me recipes for onion gravy, makhani gravy and tomato gravy pls🙏🏻 With making process and ingredients. Will be a great great help. Thank you 🙏🏻
Makhni: cook onions (optional), tomatoes, cashews (3 per tomato), masalas (garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam, chili, kasuri methi) and grind. He probably has heavy cream in it as well. I add a little amchur as well (for the tangy ness) Onion gravy: same as above without the tomatoes.
One suggestion sir. If you come across any Andhra Meals or any Andhra State special restaurants or food courts, please do a video on that spot also sir. Because you could also enjoy a lot and being a Andhra person, I would also feel happy
Kitchen king masala is an essential spice mix made up of more than 20 spices, has a dark brown colour and adds a spicy zing and rich aroma to the dish. No wonder why this versatile spice mix is recognised as the king of spices, as it is a hero spice that adds a wonderful flavour to Indian dishes.

Really enjoyed watching this vlog. But that Kolhapuri didn't resemble a desi Kolhapuri recipe at all, in fact, I'd say it wasn't a Kolhapuri at all.
