Thanks for your information. I’ve created a google domains and didn’t know that I have to have the google workplace. Can I not have google workplace? Thanks
Brilliant and highly insightful! Thank you so much. I have a quick question, what should I do if I have already purchased my Google domain, but Bluehost asks me to purchase the domain again?
Aloha! A very good video clear und well paced but i have a Question: Is there a way to pay without a Creditcard, with Paypal etc? I can't find anything D:
Does Google Domains accept PayPal as payment method? If so, does it ask you to add credit card information? Is it also possible to add a home made html-website to Google domain?
I have a question. How do you sell a domain you bought on google domains? i have one I'd like to sell but how would the transfer work? can you do a step by step tutorial specifically for this
Hi There, Do you have a video that shows step-by-step how to connect/redirect a custom domain name purchased from google domains to a blogger/blogspot website? Also, how does "Buy A Domain" in blogger work? Your detailed information on these two items is very much appreciated.
I forgot to renew the domain on time and now Google is asking for 7K INR restoration charge, do I have any other way out or I have to pay this, please help
im really a rookie to all of this but you explained it so simple so thank you! As far as editing a website, i would do that through word press or any other host site? i am looking for a user friendly, template-generated host with e-commerce features. any recommendations?
Glad this video was of help to you Tameika! As for your website, I would definitely recommend going with WordPress along with the Astra theme (one of our products, available for free). It is very easy to set up and after installing Astra, I recommend you install Starter Templates. This is a library of pre-designed fully functional website templates you can load for your website and then customize. There are plenty of e-commerce focused templates you can choose from too. Here is a link to Starter Templates if you want to check it out: wpastra.com/starter-templates/?page-builder=elementor Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for this video! I've been watching videos on the topic for hours, and yours is the best! I feel like I can finally decide on which domain registrar to purchase.
Thanks for this great video, brother! It helped a lot. I was ambiguous to choose between namecheap and google domains. For the domain I need, namecheap is 200 INR cheaper. But, your video compensates the other side too. What do you recommend? Thanks in advance.
@@BrainstormForce Thanks a lot. When I checked google domains charged almost double the cost offered by namecheap, which is huge. This due to GST added by Google (in India), and got some promocode for a new comer on namecheap.
thanks for the video I got interested in buying a google domain but I cant coz it is not available in my country. what do you recommend? or is it a good idea to use a vpn to overcome this issue?
Hi Michael, happy to hear you found our video helpful! After you purchase your domain name, you can point your domain name to your web host. We have a tutorial for that here: ruclips.net/video/5mxi74KGnz8/видео.html Hope this helps!
Hey Sheng Belmonte, if that is the case, you have 2 options. Either use a business account (if you have one), or go with other, reputed domain name registrars. Just keep the fee in mind, even ask the support about it. Also, make sure to update to the Cloudflare DNS for best performance.
ChroniclesofJesse, they don't add a fee. Domains are rented, and you have to pay a rent every year. Some hosts discount the first year and hike the price later, but we've observed that Google Domains doesn't do that. Hope that clarifies.
I want to purchase a domain from google. However, are all the domains that google sales SSL certified (ex: .com)? Or only the domains that are labeled as ‘more secured’ (ex: .page)?
Oswaldo, having a secure domain with an SSL, or using in the domain is not a function of the domain, but the server and hosting. I'd encourage you to look at this video... ruclips.net/video/8FncxbubMKc/видео.html which describes the process of making your website secure by using SSL. You can follow this process on domains purchased from any registrar, not just Google domains.
This video was so amazing that it brought tears to 3 people's eyes and they couldn't see the like button properly
Yoomie, you bought tears to our eyes with that comment. 😂

question can you still get google workspace later if you forgot to get it when you purchased your domain name
You don't need to purchase a new Google Workspace Account through Google Domains.

When are they planning to finally release .be extension... No news about it, anywhere?
Warning: Some domains have privacy protection but like .ca or .us don't.
I was charged $12.00 a month, but see ads for only $7.00 for the year 😢
I have found ease with Google Domain as well and uses it for my clients setting up their website and domains.

Great video but I highly disagree with Wordpress it's horrible with tons of plug-in issues! Wix is way better and easier.

I am living in Trinidad and Tobago.
I am unable to get a Google domain in this country.
How I can do that any idea.
If it's not, can't help it. Purchase your domain from any other reputed provider.
Wonderful explanation

Raaghavendrahm, Namecheap is great too. Just confirm the renewal costs, and use the Cloudflare DNS for best results.

raaghavendrahm, that sounds great. Just make sure that the renewal prices are not jacked up too much, or you'll end up transferring the domain.
Thank you for this elaborate review.
Our pleasure! Hope it was helpful to you.

You might want to try Cloud Domain. Cloud Domains are available in all countries where the Google Cloud Platform is available.
your video explains everything, it is very easy to understand. So after I purchase a domain name from google? whats next?
Hi Michael, happy to hear you found our video helpful! After you purchase your domain name, you can point your domain name to your web host.

@@BrainstormForce yes I used a different one. And it’s cheaper too. With good costumer service. It’s dynodat
This looks more like a giant ad for Google domain.
But we didn't get paid at all :(
Is google domain country specific?
No, Satyendra. But Google Domains is not available in every country.
So every year they add 12 dollars basically
