That’s why ulta is better, there’s still expensive ass shit there but their point system and other money saving stuff they have is what makes it better alongside the many affordable brand options they have unlike sephora
That's why I ask for sephora gift cards every time I have the opportunity lol. I am from Italy and honestly Sephora is not exclusive anymore, I can find the same products elsewhere and at a chiper pricetag. Sephora needs to step up in my opinion.
People are lucky in America, don't like it, wrong shade,... colours weren't what you expected in palette, you can return it... I don't think anywhere else in the world gets that!! And prices are so cheap in USA, I think I'd have more than influencers if I got it at USA prices! With the guarantee to return it, if it's not great... in Australia, you Make it work!! Can't waste the money!! Zero returns!!😮😢

I appreciate your perspective on the Prada foundation. As someone who owns foundations from La Mer, Tom Ford, and Chantecaille, I’m not someone who won’t try a luxury foundation, but it does need to be a pretty amazing foundation when you get to the $70 and over price point.

I agree the Kosas concealer did nothing to me. I like other stuff from that brand but not the concealer. The Haus Labs concealer is perfect I actually applied it with my fingers and dabed it and t looked amazing better than using a brush or sponge. Also keep us posted on that Ilia serum I wanna try it. Also Tower 28 concealers are great 👍🏼

I love the caudalie essence. It is what started my essence obsession. My face likes the brand. I have sensitive reactive skin but i can use aha from them.

I went into Sephora to pick up an order. Decided to browse and asked for a sample of the Valentino foundation. ALL THE TESTERS WERE GONE IN EVERY SINGLE COLOR! The Sephora employee that was helping me was so annoyed. There weren’t even enough shades for her to make a new tester. Seems like people stole those too. 😫😩

I have the Prada foundation. it isn't bad, but is a light medium coverage. But it does sit very nicely. It came out in the UK a couple of months ago

I found the new Laura Mercier to be a little hydrating, given that I wore it when South Texas had a cold snap. I set it with the Koh Gen Fo concealer and it lasted all day.

I really wanted a mini Natasha Denona Dream palette but that mini is more "I Need A Nude". Prada could have made a more intense eye shadow formula, they aren't pigmented enough.Thin looking eye shadows in pretty packaging. My mom loves Caudalie skin care.

Idk what happened to my Kosas concealer but I’m more matured skin and hardly ever used it…but my cap on my concealer cracked ( it was newer so I put some electrical tape on it, to save it) and also it really made my under eyes look very very bad. I would never ever repurchase it. (Like how does the lid crack, when you hardly ever used it?) thank you for sharing your opinions with us, and I always love me some Natasha Denona products!
That’s actually a common thing with the Kosas concealer! The lids on a lot of people’s cracked like that (mine included lol). It must be a quality control issue.

Idk of any foundation that goes on my nose evenly. It's gotten better now that i exfoliate much more often but it's still a struggle. I'm a glasses wearer too so every single foundation rubs off and bunches up where my glasses slide down. It's so annoying.

The cherry blossom powder is so dark on my fair skin. I haven't found a pink powder that doesn't just darken my concealer and it makes me sad lol. I feel like every loose powder I've ever used removes coverage too and looks so crust and cakey.

HOWEVER I was a beauty obsessed 10 year old and would just about die over things I couldnt have LOL I think this is great for the industry and I love seeing little girls having fun....BUT would love to see some "tween" lines in Sephora.....and better parenting lol

Prada doesn't seem worth the money, their makeup seems meh, although I find that with fashion brands trying to get into makeup. I will be defo getting the ABH lip velvet in either parchment or peach amber, and also the Huda Peach powder, as I am almost used up the pink one and want to try peach

I like the new Summer Fridays lip product. The darker shades made me look worse than Elsa Lancaster, who played the original Bride of Frankenstein. The Pink and Blush shades were better. I got the Blush because the pink was sold out. There is a tingling sensation.

As for the Prada beauty? No thank you. If that foundation is not flawless and game changing at that price point, why would I ever spend that much! Also the eyeshadow quad looks so dated. The browns with the pop of purple…old school.

So what exactly is a “regular person”? Because I’d consider myself a regular person and 85% of my makeup collection comes from Sephora. I purchase like 3-4 Sephora products a month. So yeah.
I hate the bts wand but i used to like the formula a lot. I can honestly say i have shit lashes and i am not impressed by most mascaras. I loved the younique 4d one step mascaras but i refuse to support mlms now that i know better. The gucci mascara is nice and so is the Patrick Ta, but i still had better results with the younique one. It's unfortunate.
