This channel is by far the best channel I’ve ever watched in terms of improving your video game performance on a more consistent basis! You’ve inspired me to start recording my games to analyze them later and learn from them (got inspired from that one video you did from a CSGO player who said to do that for more successful games), started marking gaming session plans with an eating plan, exercise, meditation, etc., having a notebook and pen/pencil nearby to take notes after each death, and see what I could’ve done differently, achieving the “flow state” “hyper-focus”, genuinely wanting to win and wanting to be the best avoiding tilt, etc. you guys have inspired me BIG TIME! Good stuff, you deserve a sub, you deserve tons more subscribers too like at least 500,000 lmao
If i ever make it into Esports, (yes i have the dicipline and will to achieve it) I will if i ever get a chance shout out you, you helped me so much, with learning how to control your mental state and how to improve myself. Thanks for the vids man and i hope there are more to come!
Something nobody touches on is learning..... It doesn't matter what you learn just learning... Hear me out: By learning it sharpens your mind to become more efficient.... believe it or not learning is a skill or like it....... (To me anyway) Everybodies basic at it.... But if you get really good at it what happens is that during games you start to learn in the game itself naturally and start to realize mistakes your making and then learn where to make changes to suit whats in front of you...... And even furthermore it becomes habit... It elevates your state of thinking and you tend to get less frustrated. And then come to practice you know what to work on....
If anyone is familiar with the Minecraft craze, Dream, Georgenotfound etc. Remember when they made that dog collar that shocked you when you took damage in the game? That could be a way to get the negative neurological feedback part of all this.
I did neurofeedback, not specifically for esport but it helped me with many thing. The most noticeable one were audio and visual recognition pattern. I could understand song lyric without paying attention or listenening to one specific discusion in social gathering when many people were talking, I know those are pretty basic for most people but Im glad I did it.
@@DivineBurger6510 If you mean become a pro gamer, most of them hasnt done neurofeedback. It's expensive, new and unknow to most. If you mean train to get the same result, theorically you can but it is hard you have no guide it's like learning a new language where people can tell you your mistakes. It's the neurone connection, no one is going to tell you your neurone connection is wrong therefore spend more energy doing the task. No it's not harmful at all. At worst you feel tired as if you were studying intensively except your not.
Can you make a video on how to have better teamwork, because I'm very good at this game, but when I try to play with randoms, I can't play because our coordination and team work is off
I have always been slow-minded and stress out VERY easily in any competitive game. I also do not know if some of my cognitive function in-game is also affect in any way by my mild Aspergers. In any case, I have been feeling pretty inferior and incapable as a Valorant player, being stuck in Iron 3 after deranking from Bronze. I am experiencing the same thing I did when I could never rank up pass Silver 3 in CSGO (b4 I switch to Valorant). For someone who has played a fair bit of both games, I am at ranks that is of the "delete your game" level and I have never really felt good about it. I am typing this because I hope no one is as disheartened as me about sucking at games, and that if you are struggling as a gamer, you ain't alone my dude. Sorry for the essay. XD
Yes. cuz the mind doesn't differ in mobile games. But it may differ what kind of games you're playing. Like a slow-paced CS GO or fast-paced call of duty or a battle royale like pubg or warzone. It depends a lot on the game but not the device you're playing on.
its a good video and im very interested in neurofeedback training but the price is just way way too much for some one that doesnt already earn money playing game 1200 for only 90 days is way to expensive
I think it's a fair price tbh.... 90 days of all the attention with state of the art equipment, and knowing the info to get better will set us apart from the others learning the hard way.
@@RoMeFUT i just think that its too much when you want to do esports as a pro you have to start atleast 14 to 16 years of age at that age you wont earn much if any money for me for example im 18 years old i want to move into my own apartment soon wich means that i will have to get job next to collage hopefully will earn about 700 euros each month if i take away the money for rent food ext. i will have about 200 maybe 300 spare a month i would have to save up all of that every month for about 5 months just to get 90 days of training plus i still need to buy new pc stuff like a new cpu and a new monitor for training can help me its just to much if they would bring the price down to about 400 to 500 for 90 days it would be more realistic
I been feeling down lately since my accuracy has been downgrading aka from a 93 % accuracy to a 86 accuracy and I have been stressing a lot because of it what can I do to help get my accuracy back?
Don't stress, Don't think about it and take a day or two break depending on your wish. Also make sure you sleep max 8 min 6 hours. Drink water and eat food at correct timings. I hope these help you stay more consistent and improve better. Also stressing/feeling anxious downgrades or makes you perform really bad. You can't have good days everytime bad days are common and possible to everyone.
I explicitly note that it's not for everyone, but that it's worth knowing about for when the tech gets cheaper in the future. Trying to offer something of value for high-level players without sounding salesy to everyone else is harder than it seems.

Yea I wish the cost of it was lower as well. Fortunately, the pattern over time is that tech like this will only continue to get cheaper!
