Amazing video! This is the simplest method ive found for hosting a private server but my intention with hosting one is to play with just me and friends, can i use this method to play with them and if so, what do i need to change/do in order to do so?

well, it works. but there is literally nothing to do. no vendors, no quests, nothing.

How do I open the database itself? To see what drops what with how much chance for example, and to edit it. I don't even know what program to use or anything.

I downloaded my server from elisium, and dont know what to set the realmlist to. when i log in wth admin or a separate created acc through the console, it doesnt recognize it. any advice? :)

Remember that you have to click on yourself when you do commands.

1)Can I change level up stats?
2)Can I change bag size?
All the steps work but when I try and log in it says that "Unable to validate game version" Although I downloaded everything in the links :s
Do you have them both in a folder on your C drive like I do?
That error means your game client has been modified (using wod character models for example). Either download a clean 1.12 client, or open realmd.conf with notepad and change the StrictVersionCheck setting to 0.

how do I change this? I went to the WTF file and changed it and saved it, but every time I run the game it says "disconnected from server" and then when I go back into the WTF it shows up as the default again.
