- FAMOUS GRAVE TOUR - In 1994, former pro football player and celebrity O.J.Simpson was accused of killing his ex wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Goldman. In one of the biggest criminal trials of the 20th century. Simpson was found not guilty. He was later convicted, in a civil trial, for the murders. Nicole Brown Simpson is buried in the Ascension Cemetery in Lake Forest, California. Ronald Goldman is buried at the Valley Oaks Cemetery in Westlake, California. At the time of their deaths, Nicole was 35 years old and Ronald was 25. Sorry for the bad audio quality. My lapel microphone wasn't working very well this day.

Tanya said in her book. They had to put her last name as Simpson because at the time of her death it was her legal name.

I watched this video sometime after viewing your visit to Ritchie Valens' gravesite. He died in 1959, while Nicole was born that same year, just like me. I thought I knew about the Simpson case, but honesty, did not know she was born the same year as me. Learned it from your video, Steve!
I just retired this past June, and I love the graveyard tours. I think I would like to visit famous graves.

Aww her Daddy was buried with her he died of Dementia in 2014 20 years after her murder his family said he would ask where she was in his final days that made me sick to read that poor man and family he is with her now he must have felt so guilty but she did not tell anyone OJ was mean to her she was embarrassed

Her sister knew she was being abused by OJ. She's the one who took the pictures of her bruises. It's too bad they couldn't help her but I guess you have to want to be helped. So sad.

Personally, I wouldn't add the name Simpson to her gravestone.
Steve, one thing about this case that made no sense was, why was OJ's "getaway" car not filled with blood? At that time, I had a haberdasher who, in WW2, was a member of the French Resistance, and killed many Germans by cutting their throats. He told me that it is impossible to kill someone that way without yourself being covered in the victim's blood. IF that is so, then lots of blood should have been in the getaway car. Yet the only blood found there was a drop of OJ's own blood and no victim blood.
I think it is possible that Simpson witnessed the murders, but they were actually committed by someone else.

I’m kinda surprised that they put the name Simpson on her grave marker. I know she still used that name but they were divorced and in light of the fact that he murdered her I would have not put his name on there.

Grave stones use a persons *full* name. Brown is her pre-marriage family name (last name) and Simpson is her assumed last name through marriage, so this would suggest she was never given a middle or *second* name. Even her fathers middle name is represented by a capitol letter on the same tomb stone.

this is one of those things that never goes away no matter how much time passes by, one day O J will have to answer to God for his crimes and no fancy lawyer will bail him out, may God forgive him, i was 13 years old when this happened i had been on summer vacation for a few days i was watching tv and they cut to the chase from what i was watching and i at the time i was not familiar with the name o j simpson even though i had been watching the NFL for a few years, and i just thought it was another stolen vehicle chase.
