    Hi Scott,
    I'm an obese senior citizen. I started my current fitness journey as a new year's resolution. I started out focusing my eating and on sleep. I'm doing really well. I'm down 26 pounds and still highly motivated. I don't sleep well, but I'm improving.
    I'm excited to follow your cut. It helped me to hear about the five pillars. I really need to add the exercise piece (both cardio and weights). I also need to work on hydration.
    I recently found your channel and subscribed. Hopefully your journey will help inspire mine. I only wish I had 14 pounds to lose - I have about 100 to go. I hope to lose it over the next year or so. I'm not in a hurry as long as I am making good progress in the right direction!

      Thanks for sharing your journey! I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Having a lot of weight to lose can be discouraging but I think the most important thing is effort. Sounds like you’re off to a great start. Keep working and learning and you will get there, I believe in you!

    Good work man bur why would you aim for high fat when you said >50g? Wouldnt you want only 50g a day?

      I didn’t mean for it to be high. I just ate what sounded good and that’s how the macros ended up. I just don’t go much under 50 fat in a given day.
