Very strange your fps is way lower than mine. I have RTX 3070 laptop 140w . The first mission when you start game I have 90-92fps where you have 75fps (DLSS quality). I also activated Lumen too. Inside breaking news I have 100+. Maybe your game is old version and drivers aren’t up to date . No idea
