This scene unlocked an old memory of mine: I was directing a short film, and we had a character eating a salad. The actor playing said character did not like salad, and proceeded to douse the salad in taco seasoning and sauce to mask the flavor; it ended up being the saddest-most-pathetic-looking salad ever, which added a touch of depression to the scene. Loki knew the Hulk and rainbow bridge thing, when he went to attack Surtur and he pushed him back falling on the bridge. So this means Loki might have learned about the rest of his life besides what he saw with Mobius and besides what he read on that event file of Ragnarok which only mentioned the stats of the event.
A) What if pushing Hulk off the rainbow bridge causes him to not meet up with the escape, removing him from the Thanos encounter and later on, on Earth B) What if the fire causes him to have to take a different route to release Sertr, or prevented him from doing it at all- no Ragnarok Good example, _within reason....._
His examples were quite extreme but his point was accurate. If everyone in a location is gonna die killing someone there wont change anything. Hulk didnt die so his point failed a little bit though. As long as his impact ends with dead people its safe.
or what if he changed the trajectory of one particle which caused it to interact with other particles differently thus causing a completely different outcome millions of years in the future?

Not exactly, because an absolute point will bend probability to ensure it will happen, since its a key pillar of the timeline. What Loki is saying is that as long as anything that is meant to be destroyed and anyone that is meant to die during an apocalypse suffer that fate, any changes to those subjects during the apocalypse will make the TVA's sensors go "eh, close enough". So being in one effectively masks your impact on history.
