Im doing a bunch of research about acw because of a recent project ive picked up. And tbh, it all seems so surreal 5 minutes into this video. I was interested in fashion, in clothes, in style. But now, it seems everything about the thing i used to like is a giant facade and a joke. im not going to overally focus on samuel ross and his team's creative vision, if they have one that is cohesive that is, this comment isnt about hating on acw team. But wtf is that first question? The elephant in the room? Please address your struggles because you are black? Im not even black and I feel so weird that this is the first question. So the host thinks that just because samuel is black, (and that is the elephant in the room that everyone MUST address), that he needs to share his struggles of how he has made it this far? What kinda question and interview is this? Again, Im not pro-ACW, as I despise their lack of true creative output and cohesive vision as well , but this interview really made me think that fashion is dead. Lord help us.

Well tbh if your inspired by someone seeking to control your will. You haven’t been asking the right questions. Firstly, tomorrow London and Steffano pretty much own all the artsy farts magazines and ACW which is why Samuel could even get this interview in the first place… Samuel demands the black mind on his side which is why these pre staged questions are a lure to get that demographic from the start on his side …your synopsis of an illusion is correct but without the right calibration …because lesser magic techniques are prevalent throughout Samuels work infact it’s the entire point. Smoke and mirrors. ACW uses actual alchemy as it’s foundation.
The questions you should really be asking are, why would someone seek to control consciousness and for what purpose would a designer create a company promoting alchemy, moonshine and metaphysical rambles, what exactly is he trying to detour? And why do the clothes he creates look so evil? …
