You are so inspiring and I have shared a few of your videos with my friends that are looking to make extra money. We all started stores thanks to you! I’ve sold 37 items! Thank you!
Thank you!! This may be the most informative youtube video I have ever had the pleasure of watching...usually they start charging money before you can learn anything!! Like, Like, Like!! ❤
Just came across with your video and I am so grateful for all the information you were willing to share with us. Life saver for me for sure. Thank you very much!
Thank you so much for all your help and as for the spread sheet ginger Marvin her husband made one and shared it for free if anyone wants to get it again thank you again
Hello I'm definitely learning a lot from you. I'm watching this video so I can learn more about the sku process. At first I didn't think I needed to start that right away, but as of today (I got more inventory...lots) I definitely need to implement some a sku system soon. I appreciate your videos. Thank you be well. PS my name is Ruby Hugo is my husband. :)
Great video. If you still help with printing you can do "mail merge" with labels. If you have word is pretty easy. Or you can just do labels and type it and just print.
I was waiting for this! I am super excited for the next part. I have been using a google doc since I started in September getting serious about re-sell and Its a little poopy but Its helping keep all my costs and flow in order. What I am struggling with is storage- I have a very small closet and small office for my business and I'm concerned I'll have to rent a storage unit if I want to hit 300 listings which is my milestone goal. But I had such a good thrift haul yesterday, I scored Salvadore Ferragamo calf boots- vintage ones. I don't know what to list them for but comparables showed 100 on posh mark and I got them for $4.99. I decided to take in your strategy and I wanted to make 4x my initial purchase cost as a challenge. It was an insanely good haul day and I've challenged myself to make 700 on the haul (COG: $110 roughly) so I hope I nail it. Keep up the awesome work :D
This video was the best I found and I just subscribed! I am doing my inventory system tonight and I am Wondering Do you still like the letter ledger with the numbers after using it for so long? I am leaning this way! So after using it do you think doing just numbers and mixing the categories would be better or do you still like it?
I still like using letters in combination with numbers for the sku#'s to keep items organized by categories. However, I have condensed it down a lot by combining like categories into one letter. For example, I used to have several letter for shoes. Now I only have 3- A for tall boots, B for short boots, D for all other shoes.
@@SandraTheMomBossHello!Thank you so much for responding.. Happy to share that I just finished implementing your system, it took about 5 days. So I now have all my SKUS, A ledger, and an inventory spreadsheet !!!! I am SOO Happpy! I can’t even express how thankful I am!! With that being said I just have one question. After I was all done entering everything (If Course After.. LOL) I realized I forgot to ask…. Do you have separate numerical sequences for each letter/category code or do you start you say @3000 items A1, B2, C3, etc….??? For example right now what I think is just going to get to be too much is starting over at 001 for each category code.. For example: WS-001, MS-001, WJ-001 and so on.. However after doing it this way I am really worried that with 25 different prefixes will become too time consuming m. I would have to check, what is the last number used when listing, for each and every category code. So what do you think is better or what would you recommend?
I'm curious if you have ever used an Excel spread sheet system. I would love know if you have why you chose not to use it? I'm addicted to your videos! ; )
Hi, I’m trying to get back into reselling. Thank you so much for sharing all your tips. VERY helpful! One question I had and I couldn’t find is what are you doing for shipping? What do you use for shipping mailers, do you put the clear poly bags into poly mailers? How do you do your shipping labels? Print and tape?
Hey, I've been loving your videos, I have one question!? 😊❤️ So if your packages are prepackaged, then what do you do when a customer orders multiple items from your store? Do you go in and unpackage all of those packages to put them in one package, or do you just stack multiple packages in one big box?
Hey Sandra I’m not sure if you saw. I left a reply to your response to my comment on this video. I am dying to know how you do it.. I have finished the SKU system but before I let more time pass by if it’s wrong. I am dying to know your answer.. Can you check it whenever you are able. I saw your consult sessions on your website and I think I am going to schedule one at the end of the month.. ❤❤❤
@@SandraTheMomBoss Thank you. I dont list often and only list on Mecari bc of all the work. Had no idea about cross listing before your video. So helpful!
Are your labels able to be printed with Avery. I just ordered some labels with 30 per sheet and saw another person who reviewed them say to use Avery 5160.
@@SandraTheMomBoss Avery has a program that you can download & it will automatically format your document based on the label you are using. It's super quick and easy!
