I follow your instructions yesterday and got two old ones sold. Thank you 😊
When lower priced items haven't sold, I will sometimes RAISE the price and BINGO - sold!
Interesting. I think sometimes going too low can reduce the perceived value of an item.
I've done the same!
Sometimes when I am deciding on what price to list an item, I look at current listings and of course sold listings, and choose a seller that has a lot of feedback and tweak their price according to my liking. My thinking is that this person has been selling for quite a while and has a good handle on the pricing strategy.
@@suemckamely1596 That's an excellent tip!

That is one of the best channels for resellers, super helpful, very detailed and focused. I appreciate you Sandra!
After checking other sellers' prices, if I find the identical item I price mine a dollar less. If it's a bit different I stay within a range, not making it too low or too high. If it's vintage I will sell higher than you might think since vintage buyers are looking for uniqueness.
Great points!
Always great advice. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Very helpful. Thank you!
You're welcome!

Sandra, I want to thank you for making these videos. I am new to some of the platforms and I am definitely making some of the mistakes you are mentioning. I will be updating my listings following your advice. Many blessings ❤ to you. Again, thank you!
No problem. Thanks for wathching!
Such great tips - I didn’t know how to do bulk price adjustments on either platform. This really helps. Thank you!
You're welcome!
100%. Each platform and place has its own comps. One platform may sell same one for higher price than others.
That makes things even more confusing sometimes.
I came here Looking for some peanut butter and jelly
😂😂
What is your opinion on the suggested price on both eBay and Poshmark? I usually check comps, and then check the suggested average price, and decide from both sources what to price at.
I never actually pay attention to suggested prices. I think they are a good resource to go by as a beginner, but ultimately their are too many factors to consider with pricing.
Do you have a video on how to create a coupon on eBay?
Yes, this link should take you straight to that topic: ruclips.net/video/QJKlitkRiMU/видео.htmlsi=xtJe7bjW0h3StbW1&t=1453
@@SandraTheMomBoss Thank you! I’m going to watch it.
How many items would you say is in your store?
Currently 800-830
Do you have a store on ebay? Or just the free 250 items without insertion fee? Thanks.
I have a basic store.
You made reference to a discount cheat sheet can you make that downloadable
I'd need to create my own to make it downloadable. I got the one I use from this Poshmark listing: poshmark.com/listing/Offer-Cheat-Sheet-5c095cca4ab6331d3e129451
8:00 what percentage is considered low, medium, high?
That depends on a lot of factors- your business model, what type of items you're selling, how long you're willing to wait on a sale, will it be a high or low profit, do you sell on other platforms. For me the closer str is to 50% the better and if it's above that even better.
@@SandraTheMomBoss Thanks! (btw Used shoes I get for around 5 bucks each except for rare special cases, only ebay and Mercari)
@@SandraTheMomBoss I do comps but not in depth comps because I don't like being in stores too long. I use lens and if the shoe is selling for 25 or above and is in good condition or just is a pair of tennis shoes that aren't terrible my weakness) I pick it up.
@@extraHERO Same... try not to spend too much time doing comps. It's my least favorite thing to do in reselling.
