Your Dominik Sky videos are the reason I started calisthenics and to this day I watch them and rejuvenate my passion for calisthenics like its day 1 every time. You would hardly speak in those but anyone would just be able to tell that you loved training for the sake of it.

One piece of advice I have is try not to be too hard on yourself, we tend to be our own worst critics, but I am sure many people love watching your content and value it greatly.

Hey, its great to see you back! It's easy to get lost in the game of views. Back in the day what worked were these really clickbaity titles and thumbnails and also optimizing every cut to maintain attention span as you mentioned. However right now people are fucking sick of that and channels that are actually authentic start getting traction, e.g. self improvement guy Hamza Ahmed. I really believe if you start being fully authentic, embracing your human flaws that everyone has, people will resonate with you more and you will start gaining as much or more popularity as in the old days whether you like it or not 😂. Keep going with it Dominik!

Hi Dom i really apreciate your new style of videos and that you re back! :) Can you help me with my fl? For 1 year I'm stuck at a 4 sec halflay with good form. I only got the full fl (for 2-3 sec) when i did greasing the groove for 2 weeks. My current training consists of 6 sets for strenght 10sec/5reps (holds/drops/tucked rows) and 6 sets of hypertrophy 8-15 reps (pullups/rows). I do it 3 x per week. My 1rm pullup is 60kg I m 80kg.
Should I change my routine/start gtg again?
All the best Aaron from Peru

Hell yeah! Welcome back! Would love to see you talk about how you balance strength training with your pursuit of MMA, and how you would balance them if you were doing it recreationally versus pursuing professional goals. A lot of people enjoy doing one or two sports, strength/hypertrophy, even marathon running, but may have trouble figuring out how to balance it all while recovering well and continuing to progress in each.

I'd love some beginner advice video content on balance and mobility. If this is something you feel you would enjoy making. I started lifting weights, I started with calisthenics, but BASIC BALANCE and BASIC MOBILITY is a struggle. Maybe you could talk about how this was a challenge for you when you started out? What exercises and methods you personally used and enjoyed for balance and mobility. And your biggest struggles were with this when starting out.

also... different ideas for different routines that one could programm routines with... not just ppl(to me ppl feals likr the one thing, that mostly gets done becouse persons dont know alternates that much, but ppl.itselve is good, if used in a smart way... thou i doubt its for everyone). espetialy with hybrid goles and the likes

what got u into training and can u go over your jorney and youtube and how it all went.. basicly a "the evolution of your training" type video. ... also interested in your take on fascial release, since there is so many good stuff out there and u seem to.have shown that u use a foam.roller.. also what type of equipment do u have for it...and do u know the book the back pain bible, wich goes indepth on fascial release and some whys and hows and can be a bit missleading for non fascial stuff...its on the smaller and cheaper side anr only really goes indeoth on how fascial release fits into all the mess but yea it has its golden nuggets

and your take on breathing and lifting.... and posture and sports and longevity and the sorts....and what are some sorces u like to shout out to, couse its always interesting, looking at persons and where they got their inspiration from

thing is... movement, breath and fascia somehow fit into the picture but arent everything and with u doing so many things at once its sure as heck intriging for me to hear from u(there are so many ways to skin. a cat and i wana know more)

and your takes on nutrition. its just, i dont know if u are that well educated on that, becouse nobody is an expert in everything... i mean.... i like to get glimpses into the nutritions that helped persons achive their goles, couse if ones nutrition is to bad, it does effect us in a big way and i have certainly seen many different ideas for athlets to eat and stuff
