  • New video on following your interests and allowing yourself to do what you love! :)
ps. Just to elaborate a bit on the God is pleased part. I didn’t join a religious kult or anything like that… 😅
My great friend has a truly beautiful way of looking at life and experiencing it. In his world you are the creator. “You are God!” God being that which allows.
So when you allow yourself to follow your genuine interest you will create something beautiful in the world! Something that only you can bring! And “God” will be pleased! ;) (quite an amazing reality don’t you think? :))
Basically follow your interest your passion and do what you love! Every now and then though make sure to look around and see if there’s something even more exciting that you can create. Allow yourself to try what your heart is telling you and see how far it takes you. :)
You are amazing! You are a champion! 💯💪

What's hard too is when other life obligations (work and school) get in the way of your passion

    Hey bro.
I do tricking, calisthenics, Armwrestling, lifting and full contact medieval combat and also produce electronic music . This discussion really resonates with me. It's a constant struggle shifting my focus and trying to reconcile the idea of quitting something or multiple disciplines. This was a very open and honest dialogue and I appreciate hearing your perspective.

There is a video you have uploaded and I lost it. It was about scapula depression. You were addressing how important it is.
I can't tell you enough how this tip changed the way I train and its positive impact on my shoulders and neck. Thanks Dom.

I started boxing and doing more road work etc. Lost a decent amount of strength areas of Calisthenics but gained speed and high endurance. Its a little .. disheartening to not be able to do ALL I can do but I love hitting the bag, hitting the road and sparring too much to stop.

It’s hard to get excited about things for me right now. I’ve done MMA and calisthenics. I lost the mental battle and lost a lot of opportunities because I was weak. I deal with depression and seem to be self destructive. If you love something you take care of it, don’t let others question it and doubt yourself.Thank brother for your enthusiasm and encouragement.

Hi Dom i really apreciate your new style of videos and that you re back! :) Can you help me with my fl? For 1 year I'm stuck at a 4 sec halflay with good form. I only got the full fl (for 2-3 sec) when i did greasing the groove for 2 weeks. My current training consists of 6 sets for strenght 10sec/5reps (holds/drops/tucked rows) and 6 sets of hypertrophy 8-15 reps (pullups/rows). I do it 3 x per week. My 1rm pullup is 60kg I m 80kg.
Should I change my routine/start gtg again?
All the best Aaron from Peru

Another question comes up as I am watching the video. It is all good to follow the heart and just do the things you want to do. But if you change interests all the time, making progress is kind of impossible, isn't it? On the other hand does that even matter if you are enjoying the activity?
