Some people just dont understand why I love sad songs. They allow me to feel my emotions on a deep level. They allow me put my emotions into words from listening to lyrics. They allow me to sing my emotions out and channel it into something powerful. Parents broke up when I was 2 and a half, mum was trying find her feet, dad was up the hustle, went through a lot of childhood trauma, teenage was nothing good to talk about , sold in the streets, exposed to all the harsh stuffs life could ever put u throug, was exposed to this cruel and harsh world. Manned up, hustled thorough school, a university graduate now, lost dad 2019, lost mum 2022, still pushing through life. It’s such a cold and a sad world. I can’t find the right answers to soo many questions. Life still remains a mystery. Sometimes I don’t know if I should LEAVE or LIVE…sigh

So sad story here, uhm my grandfather died about two weeks ago.🥺😭
He had cancer and was unfortunately told they could not help him anymore.
He was terminal'y ill. I'll never forget him tho and when it was his funeral I broke down once again because then I thought of how similar his and my grandmothers death was.
She also died from being terminal'y ill. So when I just listened to these songs my hearth broke all over again but it helped met to get out all the pain. In this moment all I could remember was that his last words to us was that he loves us and we have to live on with or without him, and that next morning around 5 am he passes away.
But all I really wanted to do in this comment is thank you for these songs you helped me to get all my hurt and sadness and frustrations out. Thank you fo that.

This is me I’ve been trying to handle everything and carrying everything I could but then I got tired of holding it because it got too heavy and everything hurt after I stopped carrying it and I couldn’t heal for so much I had to carry it was too heavy that I could remember every single thing that I keep remembering and crying at night. I try to carry again but then I get weak but it’s because I’m tired of being strong inside.
I needed this. I hate crying it makes me feel so worthless. This reminds me of who I am. Thank you.

It is truly my mom caused my pain and I'm waiting for the right moment so I can move in with my dad at least he cares all I do is suffer and cry 24/7 when I'm with my mom I have to put on a fake smile all day around my friends,at home,around others period because I don't want them asking me what's wrong because my mom should freaking know she is the one who makes me cry she pushes me too hard in school,makes me feel insecure and dumb,she hurts me mentally and physically,she yells at me for every single thing I do wrong,she makes me feel like I'm not good enough,she's the cause of my depression,I have to wait till it's night time when everyone Is asleep so I can cry my eyes out the only person. There for me is my bf and my one bff and what's worse is me and my bf are in a long distance relationship and my bff she moved also I feel so alone 😩 what's worse is last night she made me cry again. My Mom told me what time is it and I said 10:01 and she said ok and what does that mean and I said it's bedtime and she said ok then get off your phone and i said but I'm talking to my brother and she said ok idc you had your whole life to talk to him and I said dude no I didn't .Like she won't let my brother stay over there when I go over there because she said that she can't trust my dad to bring me back and I'm super mad because I never get to spend time with him.I'm upset because I miss spending time with him I never get to see him anymore other then when we're swapping out.Like it's not fair she won't let me spend time WITH MY OWN FREAKING BROTHER
After she said that to me about getting off the phone with him and went to her room I started crying my eyes out.

I'm the kind of person who comfort a lot of people, make them laugh, make them feel that they're not alone. But I'm also a kind of person who carries a lot of problems, insecurities, anxiety, and bad memories by myself. Not because there's no one who wanted to listen but I'm afraid to get judgement by the others. I wanted to die but "a million dreams are keeping me awake." I got rejected a lot of times, got denied by someone, and a big dissapointment by my parents. They don't even ever proud of me even though I'm a consistent honor student since elementary. I have a lot of friends but I'm no one's "best friend." I also tried to end my life but luckily, my mind changed and I'm proud to say that I'm a "suicidal survivor." Here I am, listening to this song while crying again and promising that I will never attempt suicide again.

there is this boy I love. I've liked him since fourth grade, loved him since fifth. I should be over him by now, I have some ways to talk with him but he never responds. I miss him, I miss how he would talk with me late at night, I miss how he would ramble about whatever stupid game or geography question I had. I reached out to one of his friends to ask about him. they replied asking if I knew he had a girlfriend. I should be happy for him. he met someone that he loves, but I wish that girl could have been me.
