I still have a shimano TLD 20 and 25 made in Japan with lever drag. Your reel performed smoothly when hooking fish. Decent drag on them also with a good saving on the price.🤠🎣🤙
First of all, if anyone is out there, paying 1k for reel is crazy. Why wouldn't you pay $300 more for Studio Ocean Mark OTA Garage reel. Anyway, you can buy Ocea Jigger LD 2500 for $452 USD, $672 AUD.
@@bringit3164 Man, they are cheap in the US. We couldn’t find any delivered to Oz for that price unfortunately. This one was a pretty good deal for under $700au delivered in 6 days. Would love to try your ‘Avet’ Reels. Not cheap for us as we have to order from US. How do you rate them?
@OBM1770 Avet is a good reel for what it is, right? The bottom fishing reel turned into a slowpitch jigging reel with high drag. I prefer true slowpitch jigging reels. In my opinion, Studio Ocean Mark Blue Heaven is number one, followed by Deepliner Tera / TSS Elite T2. Shimano is the standard after that. Just my opinion. Tight lines!

The TLD’s are a great reliable reel. We had a few ourselves. You would love the retrieval of these new models. Thanks for watching! 👌👍
Can't wait to use mine jigging in Sri Lanka
That would be a great trip!
Very nice indeed.
@@crazy88s they are a good bit of gear! 👌
Wilson will beeating like a king after that episode 😂
@@timothyengland3 that full session video will be coming soon! Was a great session on the water & as always he ate well! 😁🐾
pe3 50lb is plenty for one of those reels. 80lb line pe5/6 will make it so bulky for fast and slow jigging.
🙏👌
Thanks Legend ..Curious what rod did you pair it with ??
