The simplest way is when changing the windscreen. Use a heat gun to warm the area lifting and use Sikaflex adheasive sealant and apply pressure by whichever means necessary, it sets in a few minutes. 18yrs later and repair still holding!

Also be sure ,the glue is not rly toxic.Because that is the place which heats pretty much all the time when exposed to the sun and it can evaporate into the cabin air.But i guess they didn't cincern too much about the glue type back in the days when the car was being manufactured.Thank you for the video!!

Jeremy - SMH ..I tell ya....you with your timing. Just admit you have some sort of a crystal ball with you. I took my dash out to replace the heater core and despite taking lots of pics, had been struggling with the reassembly, then here you come with another helpful and timely video. Thanks as always...I am just in shock.

Good work bruh! My twin turbo has that same problem as do many other Z32s. Mine even has a tiny crack starting to form, but I think I got that figured out. Restoring these cars is a journey.

thanks for the uploads my man. Have you ever heard of a way to fix the blower selector? I just drove through a torrential downpour with no defroster vents, was pretty stressful to say the least

Can you drop the steering column from inside the car to get more room?

You can there are a few bolts you can remove just a little bit if extra time to get to them. I have done it with the oem wheel in stock location. 2 sets of hands is much easier.
