If you are going to play Mordheim, especially in a campaign, always take as many heroes as your band will allow before you start buying henchmen. You'll need them for the exploration rolls after the game. And they will also gain experience and become better warband members. The henchmen are basically fodder.
A tip to make good looking cobblestone bases quickly is to use milliput (or greenstuff, or a mix) and a cobblestone roller from greenstuff world. It's quite quick and easy and makes great bases. As for a tip to build your undead warband, make sure you get the dregs. Also I would swap the zombies out for a direwolf or two.

Loved Mordheim back in the day, - but today I have noone to play with, so now I play the digital version (Mordheim, City of the Damned, from 2015) and it´s actually pretty well made.
While I appreciate the video, the content had almost nothing to do with the title (I think every viewer expected you to say WHY Mordheim is the perfect fantasy game... and support your title. I don't mind the painting VLOG and I don't know if this is intentional clickbait- there's a theme growing with content creators of using unsupported click bait titles, and lol- it's backfiring as people are leaving their channels). I enjoyed hobby food but it's not what it said on the wrapper.
Just a bunch of happy, go lucky undead scamps living their best life in a living hellscape. Great video - they look great and excited to see where it goes/how you get on in campaign
Mordheim is great but it’s oh so very hard to get all the rules for it - you have to go hopping back through the editions each one references to maybe find what you want.
havent played yet, but heard the rules sytem is dated and pretty bad. The PERFECT game is Song of Blades and Heros. Stat any miniature, use any miniature, all the scenarios from this game have been converted over, fast, fun and deadly. Also has a amazing campaign system. Its like a fixed Mordheim ruleset from what I have heard.

SoBaH is a great game. Mordheim shines with its campaign system and after battle events though.
