Yes! Progress not perfection! That is key! Every little step counts. If we have that all-or-nothing thinking, it can be overwhelming - which is hard already for an overthinker like me! lol And to share two quotes from BTTF trilogy, "Like Doc always says, if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything." and " It means your future hasn't been written yet. No one's has. Your future is whatever you make it, so make it a good one." I had a friend that told me about the word of the year instead of traditional new years resolutions. I think my word for 2024 will be "change" .

I actually have two goals for this year. One is to retire and two is to try a cup of Cuban coffee. I heard it tastes great! Oh and my biggest goal is to go to Miami for some * fun in da sun * but you already know that's in the works. Great video by the way.
