this also seems like a great movement using bands...Many you tube channels show heavy volume shoulders workouts that imo destroy the shoulders for us older natty guys...I like to keep my shoulder work intense for around 25 min . this seems like a nice way to finish a delt workout...
Absolutely I agree, the shoulder is a delicate area for many people, the bands are an excellent approach to strengthening this area and building some solid shoulders.

You either had too much weight, weren't warmed up, or you didn't do the exercise correctly
