This week chilly in the mornings then around 70 in the early evenings. Need the leaves to turn orange quick before we get that first snow. Love these kind of videos, glad you are doing well.

Wow Johnny, that yellow Camaro model you just showed I designed several components of that car.
It was based on the Zeta platform that spurned several cop cars in the states. A Canadian vehicle plant assembled them all over for the US market. I actually drove one as a prototype & also a finished product.
    Autumn is beautiful.
I wonder if you will be staying in Kyiv for the winter?

hey, @JohnnyFD try freezing your salo (leave it in a freezer for a while) and then slice it into thin pieces and try it with mustard and spring onions while having borsch - it's really good!
But don't let it unfreeze, it tastes best when it's deep-frozen, slice it when the borsch is ready and served.

Best to start intermittent fasting before it gets any colder. I wouldn't stretch out a pulled muscle or re-injure a hurt ligament or it could take years to heal. I was shoveling ice in 2018 and hurt my elbow. It seemed fine after a month and I was lifting 5 gallon glass carboys filled with water (55lbs) and strained the elbow again. It took until this summer to mostly heal. I have 98% movement of it now.

Have you changed your location? AFAIR, you were closer to downtown about a year or two ago. You could try to learn fried potato dishes on salo. Ask around; the trick is to get the right amounts of onions and other veggies, and a bay leaf on top of that by the end. Once you see how it's done you'll get it right away. Numerous ways to do this. Especially if you also get your eggplant with zucchini Zen with that... Good luck with your plans!

You claimed it the other way around, but selling eggs in a docent actually makes more sense than boxes of 10. 12 can be devided by 2,3,4 and 6. 10 only by 2 and 5. So 10 results much more often in left over eggs. Also atleast in Europe half a docent boxes (6 eggs), have become the standard and 6-boxes have always been there along 10-boxes.

And, yeah, GREAT farmer's market, and I cannot even LOOK at mushrooms; they gross me out!!! The chickens for the eggs are probably treated better from the farmer's market sellers than they are by companies who mass produce, so the eggs may be better. I also learned how to cook, on RUclips, and during COVID. That meal you prepared actually looks AMAZING! Regarding support for Ukrainians, or opposition, please continue to do your part to inform the world that trump supports Putin and his tendencies are dictatorial and fascist. I hope your back/ribs feel better soon! I have an injured rib from a car crash, and am also just waiting until it improves on its own, and it is. O Johnny, I could sit for hours and philosophize about the topics of your daily life! I'm surprised your not nervous about living in Ukraine with the upcoming U.S elections. I have high hopes that it will go in our favor, but as you say, there are a lot of hard-headed, brain-washed people out there and it could end up heading in the wrong direction. I truly love the farmers market there, miss those days. Sitting in the park, a bucket list for retirement. But as a working individual support my family, there is hardly anytime for that. Take the advise of a lady and go to the Doctor to check out the ribs. You can't dive if your ribs are injured (Just make sure and not aggravate it any further)!
Question for you: You have been living away from the hustle and bustle of downtown city life. How different would be your Daily Life be if you were living in your original apartment in the city center (Park benches, farmers market, etc)? Victory for Ukraine!!!

I went to cooking school to be a chef, Johnny, and i can't for the life of me cook. To my familys absolute horror. I'm the one doing the cooking. Because wer'e old school where the woman does house work and my husband does the "manly" chores. It's probably a bit backward in this time and age but it works for us. Exept for the cooking 😂

When it's around 0°C it feels even colder than
    - 10°C, I don't know why that is. I wish i was going to Thailand, to say the least. Your laugh is endearing to me, my husband has the same laugh.😄 Please get better soon.! 😊

I think at -10c it's drier with less humidity in the air. Or maybe we just get used to it. =)

@@JohnnyFD Should have known that after 53 years in Norway. But it seems right about the humidity AND also the getting used too. 😊

I just looked it up, sounds great! "According to the rankings, Chicago is the most walkable city in the U.S. With a mere 28 minutes needed to journey between iconic attractions such as the Art Institute of Chicago, Cloud Gate, and Magnificent Mile, tourists and locals can easily experience the best of the “Windy City” on foot.
For those seeking a more scenic route, Chicago is also home to more than 600 parks and 26 miles of picturesque shoreline, including 29 beaches and the marvelous 18-mile Lakefront Trail. Just be sure to stop at one of the city's renowned pizzerias, like Lou Malnati's, for a slice of the famous deep-dish pizza while strolling through the city streets."
