Cheers Johnny, fall is also our favorite season although it too short. You have about the same climate there as we do in Denver. This week chilly in the mornings then around 70 in the early evenings. Need the leaves to turn orange quick before we get that first snow. Love these kind of videos, glad you are doing well.
I love it, Johnny! What a wonderful stroll!😊 Enjoy and have a happy Halloween celebration soon! You're a kind soul! It's good that you found your place to call home in Ukraine!
Wow Johnny, that yellow Camaro model you just showed I designed several components of that car. It was based on the Zeta platform that spurned several cop cars in the states. A Canadian vehicle plant assembled them all over for the US market. I actually drove one as a prototype & also a finished product. Autumn is beautiful. I wonder if you will be staying in Kyiv for the winter? Cheers
Loved seeing the market again! (btw Jpn also does the 10 egg thing.) Loved your cooking too! (I also liked the vid where you made bread.) So comforting to hear chopping and other kitchen sounds. I could tell your creation was really good by the lovely ingredients you used. I will try to make it! Great ending to the video😄 Hope you had a wonderful day and are feeling better.
Ukraine has some awesome neighborhood. You live in awesome areas. So convenient. You might find similar neighborhoods in NYC. But if you watch local news, there are mini wars going on there too. Hope this war ends so people might consider moving to Ukraine.
Thanks for posting your videos. I have been watching them for a while (some crazy situations from while back). Definitely can relate to the life changing outlook during this time. I had visited my family and friends multiple times during this last 2,5 years in Ukraine. Keep up the great work and content 🫶🏻
hey, @JohnnyFD try freezing your salo (leave it in a freezer for a while) and then slice it into thin pieces and try it with mustard and spring onions while having borsch - it's really good! But don't let it unfreeze, it tastes best when it's deep-frozen, slice it when the borsch is ready and served.
Hi again Johnny in New Jersey we have plenty of places where you can walk too and stop and buy vegetables and sit on benches and walk back home it only takes 10- 15 minutes too walk back home! I love your videos and I’m always watching them from the USA 😊

Wild mushrooms have actually completely different taste than store bought white mushrooms. Wild mushrooms have actually flavor unlike the store mushrooms grown in warehouses. You should try those market ones. They are called Boletus mushrooms and they can be made into so many tasty dishes- soups, fried, sauces, with rice and pasta etc.

Johnny, you are going to Thailand. They have great reasonable medical care. Get it checked. You may have to fork out for a carry-on with your ribs? Your friend, Alina, is trying to locate to Bulgaria. Apparently, it's a great place to live as a global nomad. In fact, I recall you and Alina doing a post around this time and you guys went to a coffee shop and were discussing pumpkin spice. 😊 This was before the war.
Best to start intermittent fasting before it gets any colder. I wouldn't stretch out a pulled muscle or re-injure a hurt ligament or it could take years to heal. I was shoveling ice in 2018 and hurt my elbow. It seemed fine after a month and I was lifting 5 gallon glass carboys filled with water (55lbs) and strained the elbow again. Have you changed your location? AFAIR, you were closer to downtown about a year or two ago. You could try to learn fried potato dishes on salo. Another great video, Johnny! You truly do live in a nice neighborhood. I wish I had a candy shop like yours, where they sell alcohol, LOL! And, yeah, GREAT farmer's market, and I cannot even LOOK at mushrooms; they gross me out!!! The chickens for the eggs are probably treated better from the farmer's market sellers than they are by companies who mass produce, so the eggs may be better. "According to the rankings, Chicago is the most walkable city in the U.S. With a mere 28 minutes needed to journey between iconic attractions such as the Art Institute of Chicago, Cloud Gate, and Magnificent Mile, tourists and locals can easily experience the best of the “Windy City” on foot.
For those seeking a more scenic route, Chicago is also home to more than 600 parks and 26 miles of picturesque shoreline, including 29 beaches and the marvelous 18-mile Lakefront Trail. Just be sure to stop at one of the city's renowned pizzerias, like Lou Malnati's, for a slice of the famous deep-dish pizza while strolling through the city streets."
