Looks like I somehow missed this one before. That definitely looks solid, but I wasn't really expecting an 8.5 rating on it. I really like the look of it, but it did look to me like it could have used a touch more sauce. But that's just me. I'm more of a sauce guy because the mozzarella around where I live isn't all that great, and just because I think a good amount of sauce really elevates a pizza, especially when it's ladled on top.
I recall getting quite a few comments that mentioned the score for this one, and how they were surprised by it. I think I made the mistake of putting too much emphasis on the lack of middle crunch and how each slice was only crispy toward the edges. It really wasn't too big a deal. I think it came off as a complaint and people were surprised at the high score. There's no Grandma I've ever had like it. Crust was very light, ingredients are solid. The best Grandma Pizza I've ever had for sure.
Stapleton waterfront is like 1990s Redhook Brooklyn, all the old warehouses are being turned into restaurants and they're building highrises like crazy. The Wonder Wheel might one day be built.
Great camera work! Best pizza reviews on RUclips hands down.
Thanks Eddie I appreciate it!
I agree
Love watching your reviews my g! That grandma style... damn. Hello from Israel!
Hey nice hearing from you man thanks for the compliment
Nice slice.
I enjoyed the video!
My wife and I tried this place yesterday. Loved it. A bit pricey but well definitely go back.
Did not expect an 8.5. Coming out from left field. Nice job my guy.
I had to give it the same score as Brothers, it reminded me of it so much. Thanks again Darren!
That pizza look excellent
If I was rating that pizza JUST FROM the way it looks I WOULD give it a 9.1.......Good review......
It was almost there! I compared it to Scarr’s and other greats, lots of competition here. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah I agree better editing this video. I can’t believe Stapleton is being gentrified . Should’ve bought property there.
