Thanks, Gabriela! It sounds like the issue might be with the temperature of your oil. I recommend frying your biscuit donuts between 350°F-375°F for best results and using a thermometer to check the temp. Hope you’ll try them again!
Quick glaze you can add flavor too. Heat a can of pre-made vanilla frosting in a microwave. I wouldn't glaze both sides. Hard to hold without getting hands sticky.
