Finally, a bread recipe that's almost identical to the country club bread recipe I've used for a decade. I've just started adding egg yolk to my recipe, I'll try and use the whole egg next time as well. For the wash, I use egg and water, I'll use milk and egg for the wash next time. The cool thing about this recipe is it's extremely versatile. Makes for excellent cinnamon rolls. Good video!

Hi Bincy, tried this recipe today. Used the same measurements, but, don't know why, I had to knead for more than 25 mins to make it a proper dough. Was very much tempted to add more flour, but, I controlled myself. My first ever baking....Kids loved it.... Thank You.

I just baked these! I wasn’t sure if they were going to turn out as fluffy as the video because I have made a batch of buns from another recipe and they turned out rock solid 😭 They were so SUPER fluffy, tasted delicious and they are so easy to make (I am 11) 🤤 Tasted like store bought buns! Definitely would make again.
I just made these and it’s my first time ever making bread! They turned out pretty tasty and awesome especially for my first attempt but I wasn’t able to achieve that plush and springy looking softness the ones in the video seem to have. I think I have made a mistake in the kneading but I’m not sure if I over kneaded or under kneaded 😅 (wasn’t able to achieve the pinch until see through thingy but I’ve also been kneading by hand for like 20 minutes so I really don’t know which was my mistake lol) Will attempt these again soon! ❤️

Yes,We can bake it into loaf bread as well.the baking temperature and duration may vary. It will take longer baking time and less baking temperature according to the size of the pan. In a medium sized pan it will take 350F for 45-50 minutes of baking in the lower rack of oven. If you notice the bread getting browned on top,at around 30 minutes of baking ,we can tent the top of the pan with an aluminum foil to prevent this.All the best for making wonderful bread.

Yes,We can bake it into loaf bread as well.the baking temperature and duration may vary. It will take longer baking time and less baking temperature according to the size of the pan. In a medium sized pan it will take 350F for 45-50 minutes of baking in the lower rack of oven. If you notice the bread getting browned on top,at around 30 minutes of baking ,we can tent the top of the pan with an aluminum foil to prevent this.All the best for making wonderful bread.

These are so easy and mess free. The detailed information makes all the difference. I am a chef and I've been baking bread rolls for years but this recipe is so easy. Also the measurements are weighed rather than in cups and very easy to remember off the top of your head. Love this!
