I'm fascinated by your finishing methods on the table top.. Epoxy both sides then sand to 220 or so and spar Urethane both sides? I'm assuming epoxy for the protection and urethane for the Satin finish? Did you notice any bad ambering with this process?
Thats right. The epoxy is easier to build up a thick coat with. Sand the epoxy to 220. Spar urethane to give it the satin finish. Epoxy does yellow it a bit, but the satin finish seems to whiten it back a bit. Also the spar urethane has uv protection, which i hope will help keep the epoxy white.
