Not quite sure the deal regarding Virgin, but the 'Parliament' in question aren't the cigarette brand. They're a VFX company based in the US who also sponsor Barnsley, I presume that's also who 'Phil' is; Phil Crowe is one of the founders of Parliament & a lifelong Barnsley fan before moving to the States.
