I wonder if he’d refuse to apologise if he was ‘told’ you had attempted to knife another visitor and he had told the police you had attempted to knife someone earlier. Planes never fly over the palace yet it looks like that contrail was pretty close when the plane flew over while the policeman was on the phone. Easily close enough that the plane would spread wreckage and possibly damage the palace if it did break up in midair or crash.

The police officer said that he was there based on Blenheim Palace’s policy but was evasive about how Blenheim’s policy could be interpreted as a police matter.
The Cop can try to do that, but unlike just getting it from DJE such a request leaves an auditable trail which is the subject to scrutiny of not just of GDPR but also Section 23 with overstepping his powers, which can stop any and all promotions for upto 5yrs.

If Oxford Airport provide the Police with your details they have breached GDPR. The police can officially request the information from them but it would have to be for a Policing purpose. Such as identifying an offender. They cannot just ring up and get your info

If he suspects you to have potentially committed an offence, he is within his rights to gather the data to help with his investigation. Copper was mis-using his powers there by claiming he would gather your personal details. He can only handle your personal data under GPDR when he has a business need to use your personal data.
If he suspects you to have potentially committed an offence, he is within his rights to gather the data to help with his investigation. As he had no suspicion in respect to any offence that may have been committed, he has no right or expectation to expect you to provide the information.
Terrible mis-use of powers there.

Video showed you did land inside the gates. The young lady was NOT lying. I see you tried to edit the video cutting out the bit which makes it obvious, but you can definately see the drone is passed the gate's threshold by the tarmac scars and the gate bolt hole...

If that police officer is going to get your details before a crime is committed then he's abusing his power. That's like walking past someone in a street and saying can I have your details just incase you commit a crime
