I would say the show began to hit a noticeable decline as it moved into season 10, but having said that even seasons 10-13 look like absolute gold compared to the hollow shell the show's become. To be fair, it's always going to be impossible to keep a scripted show good for 33 years. Mental that it's even been on that long.

Two of my most favourite people ever. Used to fall asleep listening to those DVD commentaries, Josh's passion for the show showed through. Season 7 is my all time favourite season of my favourite show. I could go forever so I'll just say thanks for making me laugh in the good and bad times of my life.
I love those commentaries and Josh has a big part in what makes them great. One of my favorites are when they finally call John Swartzwelder after talking about him in a mythical way for a lot of episodes.
Brilliant to see Josh on Rate My Takeaway. Amazing to have such a big name on the show. But it just shows how down to earth people are and that we're all human inside. Shame about the sound, but another solid episode. Well done lads!

I love this channel. And I love the interactions with fans. But I have to say, this is my favourite episode ever. To watch two genuine people, with big characters just talking, being themselves is what it's all about. Josh is clearly a very genuine and down to earth guy, as a Brit I love someone with that personality
The backdrop to today's upload certainly beat's the grey old streets of some English town......Great weather great food great company.......Rate my Takeaway has everything you need to crack a big smile.......👍😁 I'm still waiting for Mr wasp to make his return.
I think if u need to use subtitles maybe have the text in a colour that contrasts the background more as being in white it was difficult to read. I think in this case black would have worked better. Great video though as usual. It’s great and must be very satisfying for you Danny that one of the writers of the Simpson’s had been following the epic, and thoroughly deserved, growth of your channel. Big love Danny. I love it when I get notified that a new video of yours has dropped. It’s a well needed half hour +/- of light relief and escapism from the stresses of life. I genuinely appreciate your work. Wow, I remember hearing that Josh was a fan because Danny got a package off him in one of the unboxing videos, but I didn't realise just how into the show he was to the point that he seemed almost awed to see the folding table get set up.

I've had fish and chips fried in beef dripping in Scotland, it was absolutely THE best fish ever. We have a small number of places locally who do it the same way, except with Hake instead of Cod/Whiting (we share a lot of cultural aspects, meals etc. passed down from our UK forefathers). Would love to have a meal and pint with you when I'm next in the England, if you're keen? Best wishes from South Africa.
