That stuff melts in your mouth and is prolly my favorite meal anywhere. I first had it on vacation down in Mexico and fortunately have found a couple places up in the Midwest where it’s marinated the same. The only difference is the cheese isn’t quite as good (prolly to do with the freshness) but otherwise it’s identical.
Just an fyi. Queso just means cheese. So your just saying cheese twice. There is many different types of cheese in mexico.
I am a brit in the UK, and at 12:10 that Chevrolet Impala, convertible. My Dad had one back in the early 70s in red with tan upholstery, I think its a 1963 model from memory.
I have never seen Danny actually get up and get his food! And no fan photos! Don't Americans know how famous you are?
He's not that famous at all haha haha
500K is small game, and only slightly famous in the grand scheme of things
@@THEBUGSAREBACCCCKKKKKKKKKK it’s banter mate.
@@THEBUGSAREBACCCCKKKKKKKKKK Calm down hero. Norm was just having a laugh and you've taken it literally.
@@ozbhoy you need a hero?
@@THEBUGSAREBACCCCKKKKKKKKKK Nah mate. That role's taken. You need a life?
Haven't been home to L.A. for 18 years, which blows my mind. Getting really homesick watching Danny chow down at Campos!! Winder if he'll hit Pink'ss, Phillippe's, and Tom's #5.
1st time this trip the food has been real value for money and it looks amazing too.
Tis sae refreshing tae watch a foreigner immerse his-sel in th' cultural diversity that th' aw the gether states haes tae offer.
The day Danny found Horchata........and watching an Englishman eating a burrito the wrong way....LOL
It all goes in the same hole
The way he said it was covered in “gravy?” 😂😂😂😊
I was expecting Sweetcorn to be hiding inside that Burrito 😆
@@user-A-png really ? Find that very hard to believe
Corn in "mexican" food is more of a Southwest/Texmex US thing. You see it a lot in New Mexican food too.
Corn in a burrito?? Not in SoCal
Campos was originally on 11th & Wilshire!
Sat here eating low fat yogurt and blueberries whilst he eats a enchilada the size of a baby's head
Lol, the size of a baby!
BURRITO. _Not_ enchilada.
RoadHouse Danny 🤣😎 loving the US tour. Enjoy!
I cannot believe nobody told him to order Carne Asada! They failed him. 😂
I thought the same thing
This guy puts a smile on my face thank you so much
Brother I love watching your videos but plz look after your health!!!! Stay blessed!!!! Don't take this in the wrong way !!!!
Nice to see you in my town, mate. Hope you enjoy the awesome take away we have!
Danny, years ago the food scene was fantastic, this crappy shut down of small buisness for a flu killed alot of mom and pop places. These folks are resiliant and comunity orientated so glad you went there, welcome.
Wow, trolling much? Managing to desperately inject Covidiot/antivaxxer content anywhere you remotely can? 😂
Love the reviews sir...you speak the truth...
He's pretty brave to sit on the sidewalk in LA..lol
santa monica is a pretty affluent neighbourhood
Hey wow! Good to see you here in America, hope the food in Los Angeles is to your liking. 💜😃
What's next? Please say Las Vegas and The Heart Attack Grill? Danny there would be hilarious, especially the spanking when he doesn't finish.
😅😅
Haven't seen the full video yet but I have a sneaky suspicion this is the last one of the US "trip" videos. Two in NY and two in LA. Would love to be proven wrong but unless he went to other states in between NY and Cali then I can't see there being any other videos from the US.
@@KittyCatFurbabiesMaria1972 Let's hope not, it's a long way to go to just do 4 videos.
Oh dear Danny 🙈 Superb video pal!
Good job Rate My Takeaway Team. Keep it up. Loving it
Spotted Rate My Takeaway VW parked in storage car park this afternoon cant blame you for not leaving that VW outside your house 🤘
This is actually the first time I've seen him get up to actually get the food himself lmao
It's America, the staff don't like to burn them calories.
@@nigelnigel. Neither does he tbf
Is this the mark of a new era?😁
@@nigelnigel. Wow, I've noticed a lot of British people on here sure hate Americans. Can't we just watch a guy enjoy new food outside of the UK instead of always comparing UK vs US or talking crap about Americans? It's quite unbelievable to be honest the amount of hate on a food channel.
@@ttttt000 Just scrolled through messages off the back of reading your post Travis, not a single word of this ‘hate’ you mention. What on earth ar3 you talking about??
Sublime work!!! I'll continue to watch.
very surprised there was no sweetcorn in any of that! 😆
Same! (And I'm in the US). Shows it was Mexican, not TexMex
@@user-A-png you’re telling lies haha corn salad is a huge Mexican dish.
@@handsoffmycactus2958 in what dish? I've been to mexico and also in California, no dish has corn in it, unless it's a specific dish.
Yo buddy! Angelino here! If you’re still in LA hit up Philippes
Also I’ll add after finishing the video: you gotta try traditional soft tacos! Some solid soft shell Carne Asada tacos from a taqueria are the way to go. It’s a Mexican food staple. Typically any taco stand, restaurant or truck in East Los, Downtown, Boyle Heights, Van Nuys, Pacoima, Sylmar, Panorama City etc, any of those cities you’ll find a good spot just walking around.
I love Philippe's.
Should have Parliament ring round any of the local TV/ Radio stations to see if they will have you on.
Come to the South for some comfort food while you’re in the US. We love ya, Danny!
