It's just that you've already got the meticulousness and infrastructure to manage gluten-free items, so adding in a couple of vegan options (vegan fish or vegan chicken nuggets etc.) would be relatively easy and help you capitalise on that growing market demographic. Similarly to coeliacs, vegetarians/vegans are an amazingly loyal and dedicated bunch, and will come from a long way away and spread favourable recommendations wide in their online communities 😄

I’m from Yorkshire and typed in Yorkshire food to see what would come up and I found this gem. I’ve been living in the USA for well over a decade and can’t find good fish n chips! Even fish n chips at the beach sucks compares to this. Baffles me because Americans would go crazy for the British stuff! Keep up the great reviews Danny 👍👏👏

Been for the second week running. First week had the fish cake with cheddar and chorizo, halloumi fries, scampi and dirty fries, no complaints, absolutely delicious. Today had steak and ale pie and chips, posh fish butty and dirty fries again, absolutely gorgeous! 40 minute drive from home but sooooo worth it, definitely will be back!
