Of Mice & Men is an American metalcore band from Costa Mesa, California. The group was founded by Austin Carlile and Jaxin Hall during mid-2009 after Carlile's departure from Attack Attack!. Their band name is derived from the novella of the same title.

this was an amity, deez nuts and IKTPQ tour so most of the crowd, would not have probably heard much about OM&M this time as their album the flood hadnt even come out yet

Well if that isn't the most uninspiring crowd I've seen than I don't know what is. As someone who has played in this type of band and has played several venues both larger and small, seeing a crowd like this is one of the most awkward things there is for a musician lol. I mean I don't speak for all metal musicians but that's just how I felt when it happened to us once or twice. There you are playing this heavy and aggressive music, and you have a bunch of kids standing still like they're at a funeral. It's just weird. It'd be one thing if they didn't like the music but they came to the show to see these guys I assume and I know not all venues permit hard moshing but they could be A TOUCH more animated at the least lol.
Pretty ironic this is called the "mosh cam" too. Had to chuckle a bit.

where is the drummers double bass pedal? that's why he isn't hitting the quads
I believe after the first chorus his drive for the left pedal came undone. It happens but not often, the nuts we use to tighten the drive to the left pedal and to connect with the main pedal sometimes wear out. Without notice, the shit will just drop on you and thats why you only hear single bass. Very challenging at that point, really fucks up the timing.
