another thing that might be worth mentioning is that you can replace them with 0 recruit time with how nurgle works. you can kinda keepa doomstack in your pocket and deploy them on the frontlines whenever you might need one assuming you have the logistics set up.

The Dwarves got many reworks and none of them were ever great.

Because papa nurgle is the best, nurgle factions dont get much public order problems.
He's been the most fun Lord to play for me, other than dealing with his legendary heroes that constantly feud with each other and sometimes wound each other. That's a minor drawback though, they offer alot of uses in the campaign and in battles.
Random content idea: doomstack tierlists (can sort by race and have one or two depending on what's available plus honourable mentions for those which have several). Can perhaps divide among lategame 'luxury' doomstacks, 'budget/economical/easy to recruit' doomstacks, and early game trash stacks. Enjoying the content as ever.

You could have puked on the Gyrocopters with all Toads. They don’t hit much on air units and the distance can’t be too great but it’s still fun.
I think Nurgle is great for the sword of Khaine. Nurgle public order is very easy because it is possible to just build up public order building (max T3) everywhere and nurgle corruption also gives up to 10 public order.

Toad dragons, yes. Certainly effective. You ever seen woad dragons at work though? Those babies aren’t going anywhere even when the Mongols, Timurids, and Egyptians are rolling in from the East.

I'm more impressed with a grudge-raker thunderers with this video than with toad dragons, because we've seen a lot of big monster stacks since WH2, but only one blunderbuss in chorf roster

I had seen what this sort of optimization for Tamurkhan does; Cultist of Khorne recently did him. He could get a several hundred kills on charge, with his mass and unit size. He absolutely could do this alone.

These videos are a double edged sword sometimes I think, on the one hand I don’t think I would realized about the steam tank doomstack as quickly but on the other I don’t think CA knew either until the video. I only got to use it twice before the nerf hammer came down
They started receiving damage pretty quickly. I still think Dragon Ogres are a better doomstack based on the entity size and speed and extra missile resistance

Honestly I've found the Rot Knights to perform much better than Toad Dragons in a lot of cases. They seem to take much less missile damage, and can deal out stupid amounts of damage when fully boosted
Control building gives you infections, and Nurgle does not have a lot of buildings that are needed. Sword of Khaine is not an issue for them.
The lizardmens giant unit doesnt even move that fast
While you will never encounter an *optimized* doomstack from the AI, they do sometimes pump them out due to unlucky (for the player) unit limitations in whatever province they decide to recruit from. That said, this would still destroy a Luthor Harkon Terrorgheist stack, Star Dragon spam, or Rite of Primeval Glory army just fine.
It does seem the AI does not doomstack as much anymore, instead making more balanced stacks overall.

What computer do I need to run this game, my current one takes like 10 minutes between battles to load.
You need a ssd
put your game on a solid state drive instead of a hard disc drive it will hugely speed up load times. You shouldn't HAVE to since there are plenty of games without this issue or that are less affected by this issue but it is what it is
@@hooktraining3966 Pretty much most modern games nowadays even state that they require an SSD in the recommended settings. For the direct storage access thing. Also huge assets. If the game is 100gb+ you can bet your behind it's going to require an SSD.^
Also OP, I have a friend who does have an SSD but his load times are still garbo since he don't have enough ram/fast enough ram.
I would replace khazyk and crazed with the 2 more toad dragons heck I think having all of the army to be a toad dragon would be much more beneficial but maybe I would keep 1 wizard in order to heal them
Could have a healer lord. I do agree that the speed increases are pretty good, but I'm not sure if that is actually unique to Tamurkhan.
Would it be better, if it was in confederated Festus army, but same faction for heroes? Increased battle healing cap would be huge, imho.
I think, if you really don’t want to have every other rmds to be 10/10, I’d say critique difficultly to make/sustain more. Like the steam tank or this army, which are t4/t5, are way more difficult to put together. Getting the nemesis crown/sword of khaine together is also difficult. I think if you rate the stacks only on their ability to murder the majority are gonna be 10/10

to be fair, Toad Dragons are anti infantry and those are dwarfs so auto resolve is gonna favor them a lot

1 on 1 they'd probably lose to the shredder of lustria but to be fair... look at their idle animations, by far the cutest and goodest bois, they get a spot in my army regardless of effectiveness or difficulty

Only one Gyro was able to deal more than 10K damage by using only a quarter of its ammo, that's ridiculous man

Gyrocopters were always like this. Their unit numbers are higher but they get damage nerf. I think their overall dps is still same.
It takes them forever to do that damage tho? Most missile units will get those kinds of damage numbers if they get to use all of their ammo. The only benefit gyrocopters have, they are probably one of the safest ranged units in the game.

I feel like Tamurkhan would be one of the best one man doomstacks without even thinking about the sword of lame. He's got a lot of healing and two mortis effects. He annihilates anything that isn't a single entity, and even they take dozens of damage a second just by being near him. The extra toads seem excessive honestly.
Nah, tamurkhan can handle almost everything by himself with sok and crown lol. He is stupidly strong in that case
I think if you disband everything except the legendary lord this one man doom stack is better because i think the other one you are talking about doesn't have the sword of khaine
I've tried a plague ogre doomstack btw and it was pretty good! Hope someone sends one in (I dont have an endgame crisis enabled unfortunetly)
I don’t think that waiting for enemy reinforcements actually puts this doom stack to test, because you barely need to fight 40 enemy units at a time. Like, there would really be a situation like that and if charging in early is a good strategy - then just do it, there is no cheese in it.
At the same time, waiting for reinforcements really makes better content with all that carnage.
I’ll be honest. Seeing one man doomstacks now is pretty boring. We all know the setup at this point, we all know how strong single entity heroes/lords can become and AI simply not being good enough to deal with a single strong unit. So is that Tamurkhan one man doomstack really interesting or unique enough?

What public order problems does Tamurkhan suffer from Sword of Khaine? Nurgle has some of the easiest public order to manage in the entire game, you need to deliberately play terribly to have poor public order even on Legendary.
Did you really gave them same score as steam tank volley gun doomstack in term of strength? And dawi always best oppenent a fast moving single entity doomstack could have since they don't have units with enough mass to pin single entities and they are slowest race so its easy to get into backlines of their armies with fast units for example toad dragons.
I personally think this should not get a 10/10, it's way too weak against air units for that, just a couple anti large gyrocopters in those armies could have done some serious damage.
