- Fishing in Lake Macquarie at Wangi for Bream using the Hurricane Sprat 75 and an Atomic Crank. I hooked onto a fish that had me fooled to what it could be! You will be surprised.

9:05 atleast I don’t feel alone, every time I have to net a flatty with 2 treble hooks in the mix I ended up having to cut chunks out of my net, when they manage to get there spikes wrapped up in the holes it’s even worse…. I think I need to invest in a hook free net lol
Hahaha, flathead are the worst for it. Can be calm in the water but as soon as they get in the net they freak out and make it almost impossible to unhook.
I good quality rubber mesh net really helps, highly suggest getting one.

What drone do you use? Any concerns for corrosion of electrical components? After 2 months off water I fished Speers Point today. 5 hours, 2 small bites, 1 Chopper Tailor at the boat ramp at end of session. Gulp Grabby had no hits. Fishfinder failed me today. THat said, it was still a good day to be out on the water. Next to no water traffic. Thanks for sharing.
I use the DJI Mavic Pro. No issues at all with corrosion. I give it a good wipe down after every use aswell.

Damn shame the new GoPro isn’t up to scratch. Was hoping to upgrade from my hero 9 but looks like the 10 suffers from the same issues. Nice vid as usual mate 👍🏼
don't tell me the 9 has the same issues! I just took my 10 back for the 9 and refunded the remaining amount. Thanks mate
@@ChrispyyWings yeah I’ve had similar issues with over heating on hot days and that’s still only shooting at 1080 60fps. Not all the time but can be frustrating.
Oh man, fingers crossed my 9 is good. I record at 4k 24fps so who knows

Hey Nigel, I am a massive fan of the 732LFS.
My only negative comment is the hook keeper. I hate it being down at the but of the rod.
Apart from that, awesome rod, love the action, perfect for light soft plastic fishing.

I have the 732LFS and they are worth every cent imo. Perfect for soft plastics and the action is superb. Can't go wrong.
I believe they put the hook keeper on the butt for a reason....so not to get tangled up when you wind the reel.
Yep that is the reason, but now my lures and hook get caught in my rod holders
@@ChrispyyWings ah...in that case you might have to hook your lures on the lowest guide. Not my preferred spot but I see a lot of anglers use the big guide as a hook keeper.
I was told the hooks may damage the guide rings?
Yeah, I sometimes use the last guide depending on size of lure. Can damage it, so I try to avoid.
