    I was wondering if you'd get a chance for a session considering the weather we have been having. While small Flathead were in abundance It does indicate that the System is healthy & bigger fish will be around in the future. Dusky Flathead bag limits have been reduced recently. I haven't ventured far from Cockle Creek but Fern Bay looks appealing. Perhaps one day I'll have a crfack there. Speers Point, Marmong Point will be my be my next sessions. A RUclipsr pointed me in the direction of Naru Beach & I think that area has huge potential. Thanks for sharing.

      Luckily this trip was just before the bad weather. Really struggling to get out now. Has always produced some good fish In there.
      Good luck mate

      Wow, you were really hauling the Flatties out in that session. I’ve been christening some new combos after my old Shimano rod broke at the tip on holiday up at Yamba Iluka. I dubbed it the Bream Buster Pro. New outfit I like. The Shimano Maikuro II nice 7’3” rod
      with a 2500 Daiwa T.d. Black reel. At a nice system up the Coast we pumped some nippers and got onto a few good Whiting. Great outing, took me back to my youth, those nippers are the GOODS ha ha!!

    Great video mate! Loved all the great action. Nice to see a fair few decent flattie as well. I started shaking when I saw that bream come up I thought you would beat me to 43. Btw I have a question, do you ever flick blades?

    • @ChrispyyWings
      @ChrispyyWings  2 года назад

      I honestly thought it was a PB for sure! I do, havnt caught many decent fish using the blades. It is something I will focus on next winter for sure

    Hey mate. How does your Sol compare with the certate?

    • @ChrispyyWings
      @ChrispyyWings  5 месяцев назад

      If the Sol was not orange I would probably have more of them
      Great reel for the price. It has held up very well. Has caught multiple 90+ cm Jewfish.
      But I can not fault the certate. Amazing reel

      @@ChrispyyWings haha I love the goldish colour, thinking either that or the td black, which for $250 seems amazing value.

      @ChrispyyWings  5 месяцев назад +1

      @brycepatrick3016 TD black range is great value.
      I enjoyed mine while I owned them. Only upgraded as I was fishing 2 x a week and wanted something high end that could handle that much use
