Just had amazon try to force me to relog into appstore in order to use my VPN app, found a way around it luckily. Idk if thats a bug or a feature hard to tell with amazons crappy fire stick
LOL. People still use Amazon products to stream? I dropped them 7 years ago. Get an android box and avoid that hassles. An NVIDIA shield if you can afford it. People in small countries will need a VPN. Governments of larger countries have much bigger fish to fry.
the shield is a terrible device tho esp for there ads

I like the onn streaming boxes from wallmart no hassle 20. Dollars I side load 3 party apps without no problem.
@@Boywithdakicks Because ads?, i dont have any ads and i am using it without any blocker or modded launcher. My Shield home is clean, only installed aps visible.

iv un plugged my stick and will never use it again and just for your information we do not jail brake any thing you allow apps from unknown sources download the app you want done that is not jailbreaking anything
As I said people called it jailbreaking but in their terms of service it was modifying the device

Hey guy, I need help on something concerning Onn 4 k box. From the home screen when I click on an app it gives me a drop with options to delete, move the app etc. On my other TV with same device I click app and no drop down, so how do I turn that drop down off? Thank you.
It happens when you hold the select/okay button to long and to turn off the function just use the return/back button a couple times.
Sorry that doesn't stop it. My other TV with same device goes instantly to vid not a drop down. I've checked settings, I just don't get it.

Amazon sells different boxes that allow you to stream just about anything, pot calling the kettle black!
It would be easy to replace my Firesticks if needed. But my main TV is a Fire TV with the Fire stuff built in. It runs the whole TV. It is already incompatible with many of those extra apps like Smarters, apparently because the CPU is not the same as those in the stick devices. So guess what? I use an external android box to feed it. Amazon can't see what I do and can't stop me.

you don't need cracked fire stick...you need KODI on the "legal" stick 😉
Kodi is legal until you download apps or builds that have apps that give free copy right content. Also, some ISP's do not like you having kodi at all even though it's legal technically which you agree to their terms of service when they provide you internet so they can throttle or even report you (if you arent using a vpn). Always use a VPN especially because data transferring companies that people use to get better quality stream links are required by law to report any illegal activity to your local government. A VPN is your safety from that.
Surprised this took so long. Amazon is a content company, how do you make a device that people can easily modify to stream IPTV etc. All the people that bought bootleg firesticks gonna be MAD they got them and now they just regular sticks. LOL.

Amazon sold millions upon millions of these fire devices, and most people using them for IPTV etc didn't root them themselves, now Amazon has blocked that but 99% of the people with the devices are not now gonna throw them away, they gonna keep them and now be hit with Ads etc from Amazon. Is anyone gonna be like "Amazon bricked my IPTV so I am never gonna by from Amazon again" Heck no. (Amazon for the WIN)
wouldnt give a 2 monkys if they kick me of the fire stick - as ther is plenty of good devices out there to use - even just to mirror v android to tv - or use a projector simple. im n uk an using it right now - vpn wont even protech you - n dont use tik tok either
