Would it be absolutely insane to take it, maybe once a year or less, on a 1200m/2000km interstate road trip in the US? They just announced a 157cc 2024 ADV160 here, up from 149.9. I want to get a bike for mostly around town, and a very occasional road trip but I'm not sure. Or how about maybe just a 145m/235km road trip in between towns? What is the longest trip you would take on the ADV160 if only once a year or less?
@Analyze It hey buddy generally this bike is a pretty comfortable ride. if its just once a year and mostly getting around town.. why not! The limiting factor would be the rider and the application of the machine. For instance, if you intend on holding high speeds for extended periods of time then this isn't the machine. However, if you intend on doing, perhaps, 200 or 300 km a day on roads that don't require high speeds, like back roads, then sure!
Really enjoyed the video as well as the humor! Great job... Also appreciate the feedback on shock upgrades. Trying to compare vs Yamaha XMAX 300. Because you talked about the display shouldn't be LCD.
Hey buddy, scooters are generally more comfortable than most bikes but our version of the long haul tour requires much more than a comfy motorcycle, small wheels, short suspension travel and stuff like that makes us think of the adv160 as more of a city commuter
We understand your questions and concerns about the Honda ADV160 and the Honda Click. While the ADV160 is certainly a comfortable and versatile scooter, with features such as a large windscreen and ample storage space, it is designed more for urban or suburban commuting rather than extended touring. The smaller wheels and shorter suspension travel on the ADV160 may make it less suitable for longer trips on rougher terrain. As for the Honda Click, it is a smaller and more nimble scooter that is designed primarily for urban use. While it may not be ideal for longer trips or off-road adventures, it can certainly handle well on paved roads and in more congested areas. Ultimately, the intended use of each scooter will depend on a variety of factors, including personal preferences, riding style, and the type of terrain you plan to ride on. So while the ADV160 may not be the best choice for long haul touring in our opinion, it can certainly be a great option for commuters or riders who prefer a more comfortable and versatile ride in urban or suburban areas.
I would honestly suggest nmax instead, aerox has the nicer look but if you're looking to do dispatch jobs nmax is the best. Stock tank is slightly bigger as well compared to aerox & the feels better then the adv or aerox. This is just my opinion😅try renting first before jumping into one

It's interesting how scooter companies always CLAIM their underseat storage will fit a full-faced helmet, but NEVER do. That is why we need these reviews. Great information! 🛵🪖👍
Its supposed to be 15.7 HP instead of NM. We apologise for the mistake! 🫡

Time for new shocks!
Do you like your bike or would you have prefer the Nmax ?
Thanks, nice review. It would be GREAT to see a comparison to the Aprilia SR GT200.
Nice all round scooter, not available in Europe. Is it me, I prefer analogue gauges as on my 2020 xmax300.

Hi, what are the tyres pressure in Kpa for ADV160?
Similar to car pump to 220 - 250 Kpa?
The recommended tire pressure for the Honda ADV 160 is 207 kPa to 221 kPa 😬
@@tri333ple 👍Alright, thanks for sharing
Good review but lack full speed test. Suggest do it in up north.😊
120 km/h. im a big guy over 120kg.
So good they won't launch in India
This, aerox,or aprillia srgt200?
Both are good bikes, it all depends on what you look out for when purchasing. We suggest to test ride both bikes before you commit
OMG that bouncing at 3:31 made me laugh so hard!
They are putting on weight oh no
Bring it to America in that color for 2024 Honda
Do they not have those bikes in America?
yes@@tri333ple
Nice job!

Hey curious, why not for long haul tour? Isn't that what the maxi scooters are designed for?
