  • Tokyo Wars is an arena based tank battle game developed by Namco and first released to arcades in 1996. The game ran on Namco's Super System 22 arcade hardware. The game consisted of team based battles in a first person perspective.
The objective of the game is to destroy as many of the opposing team's tanks as possible before the timer runs out. The game has only 2 stages, known as
the Downtown and Bay Area maps.
Besides firing upon enemy tanks, many objects in the game can also be destroyed, such as barriers and stationary vehicles.
Tokyo Wars was intended to provide a multiplayer experience, with up to 4 players battling it out at a time; although, a single player mode was available.

It was a cool game, just wish they would've added more stages to it. The game only had 2 stages to play on unfortunately. I do like the free-roaming open arena style to it though.

Brother, this game works on any system. Does it work on Windows, and does it have an emulator on the phone?

It does run in MAME, so its definitely playable on Windows and with mobile versions of MAME as well.
