Note the giggling and grinning from the assembled employees toward the end of the video (27:00). They are aware their (perceived) authority had zero impact so must display a form of superiority -- in this case ridicule -- for their subject. Pay attention to how they overly-animate themselves in an attempt to gesticulate: dominance and nonchalance. I see this a lot in business audits.

A half intelligent manager would have ordered all his staff back inside and calmly spoken to the gentleman filming and smoothed it all over, probably might have scored a customer out of the interaction if he handled it correctly. They were responsible for escalating the entire affair into something it didn’t need to be.
