Your videos are so helpful! Thank you so much. I would love to see a video that covers issues like the lines not meeting, or pulling away from each other.
We will add that to our video idea list. In the meantime, we discuss fill stitch and start positions in this video, which may help with lines not meeting up where you want: ruclips.net/video/GO2uRWVCHEc/видео.html. Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you for your helpful videos! I have searched everywhere for a video to help me remove a broken thread that is inside of the upper part of my se1900 machine. Can you help? thanks!
If your thread is stuck inside the machine under the covered part that you cannot reach or remove by pulling the thread back, we suggest you contact Brother directly or an authorized local service repair to assist you. We hope you find the help you need so you can get back to using your machine. Thanks so much for watching!
One thing to note: If you use the Spool Icon to go back to a previous Color, you will get a Tie-on. But, if you just go back say, 20 stitches, you will not get a Tie-on. So, if you do go back just 20 stitches or so, be sure to pull up your Bobbin Thread, and pull both threads out about 6". That way, when it is done stitching, you can feed those threads to the Back, and Tie them off. On my Janome Mb4, if I want a Tie-on when I only going back 20 stitches, I just take the thread out of the Needle, and then press Start, and it will stop after about 10 stitches and say "Check Thread" or something like that, and will go back to the spot that I wanted, waiting for me to thread the Needle. So then, I thread the Needle, and press Start, and it makes its Tie-on. I am not sure if the Brothers do this because I gave my SE600 to my daughter. So, maybe you can check this on your machine.
Excellent tips! Thank you for sharing.🌺

Thanks for the video.
What happens when machine says is a error and all my designs are all gone?
Can I get back designs saved on the machine??
We haven't run into that issue before. If there isn't a solution in the manual for that issue we suggest you contact Brother Support.
