These certainly aren't the greatest Aussie ads ever. I mean no Kraft Singles, Vegemite, Decore, Pizza Hut or bananas? These were all ones that stuck in your head as they were so damn catchy.

From this video, I can tell you weren't born in the early 80's. I highly recommend checking out the Diamond Chopsticks ad (that ad would definitely not be allowed on Aussie TV in this day and age, because a lot of lefties would call it racist), and the old Snack Pack ad with the BMX kids. Definitely the most memorable ads of my childhood.

Nah, the Yellow Pages "Not happy Jan" is No 1. That actually became part of our vocabulary. You really can't beat it. Carlton Dry's 'Big Ad' was very good too, as was Doors Plus No Fuss and Lube Mobiles "They'll fix the car! Call 13 30 32!" I still remember that goddamn jingle off the top of my head! And I remembered it when I was about 12 and our car broke down and we didn't know who to call.
