I believe that was the performance where the chorus came in late in "Casta Diva." On the other hand, Callas was having great fun with "Una Voce Poco Fa." When she sings "D'amor sull'ali rosee" you can hear her sing a true, two-note, whole-tone trill, in tune. I have yet to hear another vocalist match that accomplishment.
That is interesting. It seems the French didn't care about the so-called scandal. In fact, I wonder if the "scandal" gave her greater lustre in the French public's eyes.
