Great video! I am Senegalese. My daughter showed me your video on groceries. She never believed everything I told her about Dakar. She was born in Maryland, in the U.S. This is why we need people like you to broadcast their experiences. Thank you!
This really resonated with me because my family matriarchs are no longer living but the all loved to travel and took trips all over the USA. They’d love that I am following my travel dreams. It’s the type of freedom they wanted for all of us. 😍
Girl, I wanted to watch the entire video. I was really enjoying it but the outrageous abundance of commercials wore me down. I got through 40 minutes. and couldn't take it anymore.
I would love to connect with you guys! I’m from the United States as well and have lived and worked internationally. I spent 4 years of my life living in China studying and learning business. So I’m sure we can discuss a lot from this perspective. Right now I’m in the process of building teams throughout different regions in Africa. So far I have only had success building a team in Kenya and Cameroon. I’m now interested in Senegal and the Gambia. I’m working on a few projects in the field of education. It’s just making the right connections and not getting scammed 😅.
You don’t need AC if you are living in an environment the average weather is 70-80. I don’t turn on my AC in USA if the weather is 70-80. So Africa don’t need AC
Good morning, afternoon, or evening! Can someone please give me some information on Natia/Natiya (not sure how it is spelled). I will be in Senegal in July for 1 month and would like to schedule a call with her before I get there. I would appreciate it.
Yes. I am from Senegal. There are public schools and private schools and universities. Back when I was living there, I attended private elementary catholic school though I am muslim. A few come to mind like St Peter, Sacred Heart, Notre Dame, Cathedral etc. These have a small tuition to pay because they are private but nothing crazy, most Senegalese middle class could afford them. Well public is public and we have had some excellent students come out of there.
@@kadastou Thank you for responding. I want to relocate but this has been a major issue. My husband is Senegalese and he says private only. But from what I’ve found it’s not affordable. Another issue is the language, my son only speaks English fluently. I will try to look into these schools. The search continues! Thank you!
@@lanaray6536 Private english school are not really affordable. But private french school can be affordable. I would say it can be challenging to switch from english to french but it's a great asset to be bilingual and in french school system here we do study english in some shools they also do maths in english. They are plenty of options when it come to education if you can be specific I can help.
Sénégal don't have problèms about electricity or internet .if you want to do business and live in Sénégal' better is to buy land and built .you can buy cheaper in some cities near Dakar tivaoune peul bambilor niague sangalkam sebikotane pout. Renting house or appartement is not a good deal
