Wash and rinse several local oranges with the skins on them, grapefruit, and key limes come to a boil in water. Add local honey after it sleeps and cool. Sip it hot or cool until it is gone. You will feel much better soon Haley. Doesn't sound good. Get some rest. Squeeze all the juices from the citrus fruits for a healing balm. It was help immunity, soothe throat, open bronchial, and clear chest phlegm. Bout to make Me some. Glad everyone is safe.

Get some oil of oregano and mix about 10 drops into 2/3 cup of refined coconut oil; mix it up in a mug (not plastic) and rub it on your chests, throats and soles of your feet (then wear socks) overnight...saved me from pneumonia many a time in German winters. Take care! (It will keep in the mug and you can use whatever is left the next time. Repeat until you feel better). Also drink ginger tea /ginger & Turmeric tea once a day...so many healing properties. Sorry, but that's better than all the pharma junk.
