There are two Extra Virgin Olive oils mentioned in this video, both from the province of Bari in Puglia. The first is from De Santis, a good quality oil in wide commerce. The second is one of the best oils in Italy from multi-award winning "Le Tre Colonne" in Giovinazzo (on the sea, well worth a visit). It's a single variety oil called Coratina.
