@@GrantPearson I believe federer had the ability to do that but djokovic could never play like federer. Truth be told though djokovic did end up as the better player.
Love this, do another one please! Roger has so many cold moments you could easily make this a series. One of my favourites was that service game at Wimbledon where the commentators tried to guess where Roger would serve and got it wrong every time.
That’s what makes him GOAT in my mind, those 3 match points against Zverev he was attacking every point, press press; we tennis players know how difficult that is to do and be successful. He was a beast in respect to his aggression, unmatched in my opinion. Maybe Lendl was a close second.
Michael Jordan in his prime, people who saw him in person talked about him not looking real. Both Jordan and Federer are not only great but move like poetry in motion.
@@masterofdisaster9194 Call me crazy but I think having more slams, more atp finals, more gold medals, more weeks at no 1, and more prize money is better than having an army of randos online calling me "graceful"/"elegant"/"majestic"/"poetic"/"artistic".
@@GrantPearson Djokovic has the mental game indeed. If fed had the mental toughness he’d probably have 30 slams but he doesn’t so that’s why Djokovic is the best, fed still my favourite however. Michael Jordan is the mental toughness of a Djokovic and all the talent and flair of Federer in one.
@@masterofdisaster9194 Federer being someone's favourite makes sense. I don't have any issues with that. He's one of the best ever on clay, one of the best ever on hard court, and arguably the best ever on grass. He's taken part in dozens of all time greatest matches. But I think some of his fans get a little carried away with the "elegance" stuff. I think tennis is more about where the ball ends up on the court rather than a player's body positions before/during/after hitting the ball. It feels like even if Djokovic won 30 slams they would still cling to the gracefulness > results argument.
6:10, as the opponent, what do you do? Fed just served, called his own serve out without the umpire and then proceeds to win within 2-3 shots. Like how do you continue playing? 😂
That one with Haase was hilarious and bizarre at the same time. If it wasn't out then it was game to Federer. Nothing was actually called - was the umpire asleep? lol - Haase looked annoyed - i don't know why lol...

@@GrantPearson i see it like this: federer is the most talented of all, but djokovic has proven the best competitor. Patrick Mouratoglou said that better competitors beat more talented players all the time. @@vuvuzelaasesina7690 Nothing wrong with that....Roger's one of the best ever on clay, one of the best ever on hard court, and perhaps the best ever on grass. The main reason Djokovic is my favourite is because he's vegan and it therefore proves what athletes can do on a vegan diet. They can win Olympic gold at age 37. If Federer had been vegan this whole time and Djokovic wasn't then perhaps Federer would be my favourite. But the dudes who shifted the goal posts in the GOAT debate from results to style are a sad bunch. With Novak having surpassed Roger in all notable ways except Wimbledon they knew they had to make it all about finesse. If a new guy comes along with noticeably more finesse than Federer but only 15 slams will that be the new GOAT? And what if another guy comes along after him with even more finesse but only 10 slams...does he become the new GOAT? These are questions I have for the fanboy types.

Bro dismantled the umpire with a few words. Even the umpire knew he had made a mistake. The legend Roger Federer
Independent of titles, he was the most talented player ever. Watching him an absolute passion. Simple genius!
nobody bounced the ball the way he did. even that was beautiful
He keeps attacking and attacking and then scoring, and the result is cool.

No one comes close!
Therapist: "You can't see poetry, only feel it"
Federer: " Hold my Racket"
Very nice indeed
dokovic takes 47 seconds to bounce the ball before serving xD
federer serves out an entire game in that time LMFAOO
Novak lives rent free in your head
@@AmonnRa It's true tho, is it not?
If bouncing the ball for 47 seconds means winning more gs then I’d say it’s pretty worth

I hope he bounced more times at 40-15 maybe it would ended up as an ace but whatever you Fedtards must move on😂
Thanks for this video. Team RF forever
Demi-volee against Zverev is incredibile every time I watch it, is phisically impossible
That return game versus Zverev is the best thing I have ever seen in my whole life.

Usain Bolt had the most aura
